中國大陸體育市場化析論

摘要

自1978年，中國大陸實施改革以來，改革的步調也向市場化靠攏。體育向來是中國大陸在國際的宣傳利器。在改革以前，中國大陸集國家力量全力輔持體育發展，「金牌主義」是唯一目標；改革後，在發展過程中，不斷改變經營思維，也逐漸趨於市場化。中國大陸於1985年發布«關於建立第三產業統計的報告»，將體育列入第三產業的第三層次中，此亦為確立體育產業市場化的指標文件。
對於中國大陸體育市場化，台灣學者也有不少論述，但幾乎著眼於以體育運動角度探討；筆者綜觀歷史發展過程，無論是任何一項革新，不僅止於單一層面探討，每項改革，必有其發展歷程社會歷史成因。
筆者從中國大陸體育市場化與政治運作、中國大陸體育市場化與經濟發展、中國大陸體育市場化與社會變遷、中國大陸體育市場化與文化教育價值等層面，探討中國大陸體育市場化。冀望對中國大陸體育市場化的析論有不同於純體育運動角度的觀點。體育與政治結合，促使大陸體育得到政策支持；體育市場化可紓解大陸龐大就業人口；
經濟改革後的社會問題，體育市場化也發揮助益；文化上對體育的約制，也歷經觀念上的調整。

The marketisation Has led the changing pace since China started the reformation in 1978. Before reformation, China devoted all effort to support physical education, so “winning the champion” was the only and final goal. After reformation, with the change and development, physical education becomes market-led. In 1985’s “Establishing 3rd Industry Statistic Report”, China government put physical education to the 3rd level in the 3rd industry. This report confirms the marketisation of physical education.
Although there are many statements in Taiwan about China’s marketisation of physical education, most of them are form the viewpoints of sports. When we talk about reformation, social and historical issues should be put into consideration. Take democratization for example, there are different influencing factors and consequences among different countries.
This thesis will discuss several issues including the relationship between physical training marketisation in China and the value of culture education, respectively. Hope this thesis provides a different point of view other from the pure sports aspect.
