國民中小學教科書出版業者經營線上學習網站之研究

A Study on e-Learning Websites of Elementary and Junior High School Textbook Publisher

摘要


隨著網路科技的發展與成熟,目前世界各國教育的趨勢也因應時代需求作了調整與革新,線上學習成為教學重要的切入點,應用資訊科技以提升國家整體競爭力亦為世界各先進國家共同努力的目標。由於台灣網路環境蓬勃發展、電腦普及化、政府資訊科技融入教學政策等影響,故網路上也產生許多因應此波「教育網路化」(Webucation)的學習網站,其中傳統國中小學教科書出版業者亦開始投注心力朝教科書數位化教學模式邁進,積極開發數位化教材,投入線上學習的市場。 本研究以次級資料分析、深度訪談與問卷調查法,探討傳統教科書出版業者經營線上學習網站之發展歷程、經營現況、優劣勢與未來發展趨勢,以及教師使用者對其線上學習網站之看法。研究結果顯示,在發展歷程方面,線上學習網站的成立受政府政策影響、線上學習網站部門的建置促使組織內部互動整合。在經營現況方面,強化以教師為主的線上資源、並重視互動性與社群經營。優勢方面,內容為最大優勢;教育環境與政府政策為劣勢共同點。在未來發展趨勢方面,電子商務為出版業者經營線上學習網站未來發展方向,而虛實整合則為教科書出版業者經營線上學習網站的整體發展趨勢。 由上述研究發現,本研究結果可作為未來國小教師在選擇適當的網站學習資源之參考依據,以及教科書業者在設計線上學習網站、教育行政相關單位之建議與參考。

With the growth and maturity of network technology industry, the tendency of education has been recreated and adjusted in many countries. E-Learning becomes the significant advantage of information technology for increasing the competitive of a country. And it also becomes the goal to for many developed countries in the world to strive for. Many websites have their “Webucation” page recently due to the vigorous development of the network environment in Taiwan, the popularization of using computers, and the merge of government information technology and education policy. In addition, traditional junior high and elementary schools’ textbook publishers also begin to develop their digital teaching materials in order to compete on the e-learning market. This study was to research the development procedure, present status, advantage, disadvantage and tendency of e-Learning. Apart from this, the thesis also studied user behavior. The research for studying those aspects had been done by using secondary analysis, intensive interviews, and questionnaire survey. The study results were summarized as following: (1)In the aspect of development procedure, the establishment of e-Learning websites was influenced by the governmental policies. In additiion, e-Learning websites urged the organization internal interaction conformity. (2) From operation point of view, teachers should be the priority resource on web. And the website should focus on the interaction between communities. (3) Content was the great superiority. (4) The inferiority were the educational environment and the governmental policies. (5) From the future development aspect, e-commerce should be the next step for textbook publisher, and the intergration of both virtual and actual teaching will be the trend. Taking the points above, the results of this research could be the reference for the junior high and elementary school teachers, web designers, and education organization.
