臺北市國中小學足球運動代表隊組訓考量因素之研究

摘要
本研究之主要目的在瞭解臺北市國中小學足球運動代表隊組訓現況及考量因素，探討不同背景變項的體育組長之足球隊組訓考量因素情形。採問卷調查，以臺北市國中、小學體育組長為對象，由自編之「臺北市國中小學足球運動代表隊組訓考量因素調查問卷」，填答結果以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等進行比較，獲致研究結果如下：
ㄧ、目前臺北市僅有17.07%的國中小學組有足球運動代表隊，且以5人
制足球居多，大部分學校並無計畫在未來組訓足球隊。
二、學校具足球專長教師、教練的熱忱及球員來源，皆是學校足球隊成立
與否、繼續組訓及球隊解散的主要原因。
三、配合學校及學生興趣發展是學校計畫組訓足球隊的最主要成因。
四、足球運動代表隊組訓考量因素之影響程度大小依序為：「教練專業素
養」、「場地設施」、「選手來源」、「經費預算」、「組訓資源」、
「政策目標」。
五、體育相關系所畢業的體育組長，曾受過體育專業薰陶，因此，對於足
球運動代表隊組訓工作較為重視，可能性亦較高。
六、無足球專長教師（教練）之學校，在足球運動代表隊組訓時需要編列
較多經費預算支應外聘教練鐘點費。

Abstract
The study is aimed to explore various consideration factors to facilitate the training operation of a soccer team through analyzing the current training operation of athletic teams in elementary and junior high schools in Taipei area. A self-developed questionnaire entitled “ The Consideration Factors of Organizing A Soccer Team in Elementary and Junior High Schools in Taipei” was applied to collect the data. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t test and one-way analysis of variance. The findings of the study are as follow：
I) At the present time, only 17.07 percent of the elementary and junior high schools in Taipei City have Futsal athletic teams in operation. As to the rest of the schools, none is having any future plan of organizing one.
II) Whether the school authorities consider either carrying on the training operation or dismissing an existing one mostly depends upon the enthusiasm of the coaches, the professional knowledge of the instructors of the teams and the source of the qualified soccer players.
III) The main reason of a school to organize a soccer team is always associated with the development of the school itself and the motivation of the students who are the potential team players.
IV) The consideration factors to facilitate the training operation of a soccer team are, in a descending importance order, the professional knowledge of the coaches, the facilities and equipment of the soccer field, the source of the potential team players, the operation fee of the team , the requirements of organizing a soccer team as well as the policy and objectives concerned.
V) The physical education directors who graduated from related departments tend to be more highly motivated in organizing an athletic team and thus are more likely to place emphasis on such training.
VI) The schools with no resource of experienced soccer team instructors are consequently required to allocate extra budget on hiring coaches for the soccer teams.
