2009年臺北聽障奧林匹克運動會主新聞中心設施需求規劃之研究

摘要

第21屆的聽障奧林匹克運動會，2009年將於臺北舉辦，是臺灣有史以來首次主辦國際大型運動會，能夠爭取到此國際賽是實為國人的榮耀。而運動競賽在今日已經發展成為報紙、雜誌、電視、廣播等大眾傳播媒體報導的主要議題，透過傳播媒體的報導，形成全世界人類矚目、關注的焦點。因此本研究之研究目的為彙集相關資料，規劃2009年臺北聽障奧林匹克運動會主新聞中心，探討其主新聞中心之相關設施需求規劃。研究者以半結構式訪談（semi-structured interview），於2008年3月1日至4月16日止進行研究調查，訪談T2009籌備團隊中參與規劃新聞中心之核心工作人員、相關專家學者共8位，且採用問卷調查法調查14位媒體工作者。綜整研究發現所得結論如下：
一、主新聞中心乃扮演一個與內部溝通及跟外部接軌的角色，以服務媒體為主要功能，是2009年臺北聽障奧運會成功的關鍵。
二、2009年臺北聽障奧林匹克運動會主新聞中心的規劃項目以18項的軟硬體設施及11項的服務項目為主。
本研究結果將提供給2009年臺北聽障奧林匹克運動會之主辦單位，在未來規劃主新聞中心時的參酌依據，提供T2009籌備團隊實質性的幫助。除此之外，尚能激勵後續研究利用「用後評估」的理論再深入的探討使用者滿意度及分析使用者需求。

The purpose of this study was to design main press center facility of the 21st Summer Deaflympics Taipei 2009. The research methods were semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey. The subjects of interview were experts, scholars, and 8 staff who worked at the organization committee of T2009. Questionnaire which based on opinions of interview were surveyed 14 media reporters who have ever reported the news of T2009. According to the qualitative and quantitative data, this study reached the following conclusions:
1.Main press center would play the role to communicate and connect with the inside and outside of the Game. Its main function was to provide the service to media from each country. It was also the key point to achieve success in the 21st Summer Deaflympics Taipei 2009.
2.The 21st Summer Deaflympics Taipei 2009 should have 18 facilities and 11 services in main press center.
The conclusions will provide the organizer of T2009 to design the main press center in the future. Besides, the researcher suggests that future studies could analyze user demand and satisfaction by the “Post-Occupancy Evaluation Theory.”
