臺灣地區大學校院運動管理相關學系建教合作現況調查研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺灣地區大學校院運動管理相關學系建教合作實施現況及實施益處,並發掘出運動管理相關學系實行建教合作有何問題。本研究第一階段以17所運動管理相關科系主任為研究對象,以自編「臺灣地區大學校院運動管理相關科系建教合作現況調查問卷」進行問卷調查。第二階段以4位系主任及建教合作負責人、3位曾參與建教合作學生以及2位企業代表為對象進行深度訪談以深化本研究之結果。經過將研究結果彙整後,獲致以下結論: 一、目前國內運動管理科系建教合作對象多以民間企業為主,而合作類型多採實習制以及工讀制居多,並相當注重教師對學生的督導以及書面契約之簽訂。 二、運動管理相關科系受到臨近地區無體質優良企業影響,致使尋找合作找對象不易。且學生重功利主義以及合作企業缺乏教育觀念皆為導致學校推行建教合作遭受困難之主要原因。 三、透過參與建教合作的機會,學生得以認識運動產業現況並提早規劃未來生涯,並且可為企業帶來充沛人力以及提供學校讓學生到校外認識產業之橋樑,顯見運動管理科系的建教合作可以對學生、學校以及企業皆有幫助。

This study aimed to determine the current situation of cooperative education by sport management department in Taiwan, and to discover the obstacles and benefit while the cooperative education proceeded. This study collected data from 17 subjects, the chairmen of sports management departments, in the first phase through questionnaires. In the second phase, 4 deans, 3 students and 2 sport industry practitioners were served as in-depth interview subjects. And the results were as followed: a) the sport business companies were the major cooperative education partners of sports management departments; the internships and part time jobs were the most common type used by sports management departments, and students’ supervisions and contracts were highly valued in the process of cooperative education. b) the three major obstacles sports management departments confronted were: the sport companies were far away from schools, the Benthamism of students and the lack of education concepts by sports companies. c) through cooperative education, students could have insight into the sport industry; the industry could release the pressure in manpower and the sports management departments were able to provide students with chances and access to the real world.
