圖像化二維條碼與雷射鑽孔在個人化郵票上之加值應用

摘要


隨著資訊科技及物聯網的蓬勃發展,藉由行動載具連結實體與雲端已衍生各式加值應用,QR Code(Quick Response Code)為目前為較常用的種類,但現有黑白兩色呈現的QR Code於視覺並不美觀,故漸有圖像化二維條碼(Graphic QR Code)出現,亦能提升產品行銷效能。另進入物聯網時代,QR Code 有時會遭仿製,故需增強其防偽功能,目前雷射鑽孔技術亦已廣泛應用在各種材質上,可提升條碼與產品結合性以防止偽造;雷射鑽孔技術也曾應用於郵票,有獨特的視覺美感。故本研究將以雷射鑽孔方式結合圖像化二維條碼以提升個人化郵票之防偽功能。本研究採用數位半色調技術結合誤差擴散加密方法,將二維條碼的訊息藏於外顯圖案中,以雷射穿孔的方法製作個人化郵票加值產品,並比較圖像化二維條碼之原始影像與雷射鑽孔後成像之差異性及孔徑之穩定性,進而可供行動載具掃碼解讀內藏資訊,另結合具有生肖賀歲意涵與剪紙傳統文化之圖像,以數位科技及雷射穿孔,進行加值產品之設計。實驗結果顯示,經由雷射鑽孔後的圖像化二維條碼,可被行動載具掃碼解讀,獲得隱藏資訊,並將郵票功能擴展至雲端影音播放的加值應用,實現了圖像化二維條碼與雷射鑽孔在個人化郵票上整合之加值應用。

With the rapid development of information technology and the internet of things, various types of value-added applications have been derived from the technology of connecting mobile devices with other entities or to the cloud. QR Code(Quick Re-sponse Code) is one of the frequently used applications nowadays. However, the existing black-and-white QR Code is unaesthetic. Thus, graphic QR Code has gradu-ally emerged as a way to improve the marketing efficiency of products. In addition, as we enter the era of internet of things, QR Code can sometimes be fabricated. Hence, the anti-counterfeiting function of QR Code needs to be enhanced. As of now, laser perforation technology has been widely applied to various types of materials. This technology can further combine barcode with products so as to prevent counterfeiting, and once also applied to stamps, creating a unique sense of beauty.This research fo-cuses on combining laser perforation technology with graphic QR Code to strengthen the anti-counterfeiting function of personalized stamps.This research adopts the method of combining digital halftoning with error diffusion encryption, hiding the messages of QR Code in the outside images, and using laser perforation technology to make value-added products such as personalized stamps. Moreover, by comparing the differences between the raw image of graphic QR Code with the image after laser perforating and stability of the diameter, mobile devices will be capable of scanning the code to read the hidden information. Furthermore, by using digital technology and laser perforation, we can design the graphic QR Code of value-added products in a better way, such as combining the Code with the images of Chinese zodiac animal, new year celebration or Chinese paper-cut. The results indicate that mobile devices can scan, read, and acquire hidden information from the graphic QR Code after laser per-forating. Accordingly, personalized stamps will be capable of serving more functions such as playing video on cloud server. It realizes the value-added application of inte-grating a graphic QR Code and laser perforation on personalized stamps.
