臺北市某國中學生課後規律運動行為現況及其相關因素之研究

A Study on the Current Situations and Related Factors of Extra-curricular Regular Exercise Behavior for a Junior High School in Taipei City

摘要


本研究最主要為探討臺北市某國中課後規律運動行為現況,及瞭解個人背景因素、社會心理因素、運動環境因素與規律運動行為的相互關係。以臺北市某國中七、八、九年級之學生為本研究的母群體,並採用分層集束抽樣法進行抽樣,以自編式問卷調查法由研究對象填寫問卷收集資料,共取得292份有效問卷,研究資料採用百分比、卡方檢定、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、點二系列相關及邏輯斯迴歸分析等統計方法進行整理分析。研究結果重點如下: 一、研究對象規律運動行為佔全體學生的37.7%。大多數人的運動強度為低強度運動,運動持續時間以10-29分鐘佔多數。6個月內之運動種類排序前五種為跑步、健走、籃球、騎腳踏車、排球。 二、個人背景因素方面,以性別、自覺健康狀況及是否參加運動社團等變項對於規律運動行為具有顯著性差異。 三、社會心理因素方面,以自覺運動利益、運動自我效能、同儕運動社會支持、運動角色楷模與規律運動行為呈現顯著正相關,而自覺運動障礙與規律運動行為則呈現負相關。 四、運動環境因素方面,以使用運動設施數量、自覺運動氛圍與規律運動行為呈現正相關。 五、邏輯斯迴歸分析顯示「BMI指數」勝算比(OR)為1.094、「運動自我效能」勝算比(OR)為1.072、「同儕運動社會支持」勝算比(OR)為1.049,此三項為規律運動行為的重要預測因子,可達67.8%的預測力。 最後,依據研究結果提供相關影響因素之建議及未來研究之改進,以提升國中生之規律運動行為。

This study was mainly devoted to investigating the current status of after-school regular exercise of students of a junior high school in Taipei City and the relationships among personal background factors, socio-psychological factors, exercise environmental factors and behaviors of regular exercise. The subjects of this study were the 7th, 8th, and 9th graders of a junior high school in Taipei City. By using the stratified cluster sampling method and self-compiled questionnaire survey, 292 valid samples were collected. Percentage, Chi-square test, independent-samples T Test, point-biserial correlation, oneway ANOVA, and Logistic regression were used to analyze the collected data. The research results were highlighted as follows: 1.The percentage of students having regular exercise was 37.7% of the subjects. Most of the students participated low-intensity exercise, and the durations were from 10 to 29 minutes. The main types of exercise took in recent six months were running, walking, basketball, cycling, and volleyball. 2.The personal background factors, gender, perceived health status and whether to participate in sport communities were variables having significant differences on the regular exercise behavior. 3.As to the socio-psychological factors, the regular exercise behavior was significantly positively correlated with perceived exercise benefits, self-efficacy for exercise, peer social support for exercise and exercise role model. The perceived exercise barrier was negatively correlated with regular exercise behavior. 4.The exercise environment factors, such as the number of exercise facilities and perceived exercise atmospheres were positively correlated with the regular exercise. 5.The logistic regression showed that the odds ratios (OR) of BMI index, self-efficacy for exercise and peer exercise social support were 1.094, 1.072, and 1.049, respectively. These three factors were important to predict the regular exercise behaviors of the surveyed junior high school students and the significant predictive power was up to 67.8%. Finally, according to the results of this study, suggestions based on relevant factors and improvements of further research were provided to elevate the regular exercise behaviors of junior high school students.
