金融從業人員自覺健康狀況與健康促進生活型態現況之研究-以臺北市中山區為例

摘要

本研究主要在探討金融從業人員自覺健康現況與健康促進生活型態之相關性，研究對象為臺北市中山區3個金融銀行從業人員，採自填式問卷，有效填答率100％，以立意取樣，採橫斷式問卷調查研究法；以SPSS22.0統計軟體做資料分析，分析結果如下：
一、研究對象的健康促進生活型態標準化得分是64.74分，程度介於中等以上；六分項得分由高到低依序是人際支持、飲食營養、自我實現、壓力調適、運動行為、及健康責任。
二、研究對象的背景變項中，年齡、性別、教育程度、金融工作年資、身體質量指數、個人平均月收入、居住狀況、目前罹病情等，對自覺健康狀態則有顯著差異。
三、研究對象的背景變項中，職位、年齡、教育程度、個人平均月收入，對健康促進生活型態則有顯著差異。
四、研究對象的自覺健康狀況與健康促進生活型態呈正相關。
五、研究對象的背景變項中，性別、年齡、教育程度、年資、個人平均月收入、婚姻狀況、居住狀況、自覺健康狀況等可以有效預測健康生活型態，並可解釋其總變異量的33.0%，其中以自覺健康狀況為最強的預測因子。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the perceived health status,health promoting life style of the financial worker,s. The research object, were three financial banking practitioners in Zhongshan District, Taipei City.The survey was completed by fulfilling the self-reported questionnaire.A total of 540 copies of questionnaire were finished. Sample by intention and the cross-sectional questionnaire survey method was used. The data was analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software. The analysis results were as follows:
1.Self-perceived health status standard point was 66.90 approaches intermediate. On the whole, they think that their current health status was very good 8.5%, good 37%, and the average 40.6%.
2. Health promotion lifestyle standard point was 64.74 approaches intermediate; The six-items sequence by points was“Interpersonal support”,“Nutrition”,“Self-actualization“Exercise”,“Health responsibility”.
3. Gender, age, education, seniority, average monthly income of individuals, marital status, living status, and perceived health status could be explain health promoting life style,population variance was 33%.
