多媒體律動教學對發展遲緩幼兒動作之影響

摘要


本技術報告為瞭解多媒體律動教學對於發展遲緩幼兒動作協調能力的影響,其目的在探討手部靈活度、球類技巧、肢體靜動態平衡等動作能力的影響。採用單一受試研究設計的A-B-A實驗設計方式,觀察手部靈活度、球類技巧與靜動態平衡能力,以立意取樣找適合的研究參與者,研究者與研究參與者進行持續 8週,每週 2 次,每次30 分鐘的多媒體律動教學。多媒體律動教學課以Movement ABC為測量工具,進行動作評估,測驗結果以Excel作目視分析法與C統計,以瞭解介入和維持的影響。多媒體律動教學對發展遲緩幼兒動作能力研究結果,在手部靈活度、靜動態肢體平衡能力與整體動作能力多數有立即效果改善,多數達顯著水準,多數具維持效果;球類技巧未具立即效果改善,未達顯著水準,未具維持效果。建議教學上注意幼兒反應並且以循序漸進的方式增強律動強度與難度,並且提供家長回家練習機會增加維持效果;未來研究可延長維持期或是針對不同障礙類別的幼兒進行研究。

This research project aims to understand the effect of movement rhythm course with multimedia teaching for the developmental delayed children. The purpose is to understand the effects of manual dexterity, balance , aiming and catching. Using the A-B-A experimental design method of a single subject design, the sample participants were selected to find suitable research participants. The researchers expected to conduct a physical teaching guided limb rhythm course for the experimental group for 8 weeks, twice a week, 30 minutes each time. Multimedia teaching guides the body rhythm class with Movement ABC as the measurement tool, the pre-test, the middle test and the post-test of the action evaluation. The test results are analyzed by Excel analysis and C statistics to understand the influence of intervention and maintenance. The effect of movement rhythm course with multimedia teaching for the developmental delayed children: in the manual dexterity, balance and overall movement ability improved immediately. Manual dexterity, balance and overall movement ability reached significant level, and had maintenance effect. There is no immediate improvement in aiming and catching, without reaching significant level, without maintenance effect. It is recommended to pay attention to the child's reaction in teaching and to increase the intensity and difficulty of the rhythm in a step-by-step manner, and to provide parents with the opportunity to go home to practice to increase the maintenance effect; future research can extend the maintenance period or study for children with different obstacle categories.
