北投溫泉湯花皂文創商品設計開發策略探究

摘要


北投溫泉的泉質是全臺唯一的強酸性硫磺泉,會產生沉澱物必須定期清除,即為「硫磺結晶」亦稱之為「湯花」。如此特殊的溫泉湯花能否代表北投地方特色?如何再利用?能否應用新產品設計開發策略?本研究結論如下:1.依臺北市溫泉區多樣泉質研發出符合衛生及安全法規之溫泉湯花,成功以手工冷製法製作出湯花皂。2.透過產學合作研發商品的過程,達到產製技術完整移轉。3.將北投溫泉特有的硫磺味添加至湯花皂中,強調溫泉湯花含硫及各種礦物質成份的最大特色。4.強化溫泉湯花品牌的獨特性、稀有性、政府認證等價值。5.建置並輔導業者申請共同識別標誌聯合行銷,建立品牌文化。6.創造北投地方文創產業新形象。並根據研究結果提出後續開發如:伴手好禮、文創好物、地方美食、白磺沐浴用品、青磺保養用品等具體建議。

Bei Tou is the only place that has strong acid Sulphur spring in Taiwan. The sediment from Sulphur need to be cleaned periodically. The sediment is called "Sulphur crystal", also known as the "hot spring flower". Can such unique hot spring flower represent the local characteristics of Bei Tou? How to recycle the sediment? Can the new product design and development strategy be applied? The conclusions of this study are as followed: 1 the hot spring flower soap is developed according to the variety of spring quality in Taipei hot spring areas, and the handmade hot spring flower soap is produced by cold system. 2 Involving local oprators and garverment during product development, we are therefore able to complete the production technology transfer successfully. 3 add the Sulphur flavor into the hot spring flower soap to emphasize the greatest characteristics of the hot spring flower's sulfur and mineral ingredients. 4 strengthen the uniqueness, rarity, and government certification value of the hot spring flower brand. 5 build and monitor the industry to apply for common identification, unified logo, marketing strategy and further to build the brand value. 6 Create a new image of being innovative on product development for Bei Tou. According to the research results, the following suggestions are put forward: Gifts, cultural creation, local food, White Sulphur body cleansing products and green sulphur body care products.
