本專業實務報告目的旨在探討開心國中教務主任的課程領導與一門彈性學習課程之交互關係、影響因素與課程領導實務作為。本研究採用質性研究法,透過訪談校長、教務主任及彈性學習課程教師,蒐集第一手資料,輔以參與觀察及文件分析。經由文獻探討、參與觀察及蒐集學校彈性學習課程相關文件,進行分析討論及歸納整理,主要結論如下: 壹、以「閱讀」為核心議題的彈性學習課程之教務主任課程領導,需依教育政策、師資及校內外資源,逐步修正觀念與做法。 貳、教務主任課程領導具有多元角色,並為中間領導一部分。 參、教務主任課程領導應採滾動式的修正政策,凝聚校內共識,務實的規劃彈性學習課程。
The purpose of this professional practice report is to explore the interaction between the director of academic affairs of Happy Junior High School and an alternative course, influencing factors, and curriculum leadership practices. This research adopts a qualitative research method. Through interviews with the principal, the director of academic affairs, and the alternative curriculum teacher, the first-hand information is collected, supplemented by means of the participant observation and document analysis. Through the literature discussion, participant observation, and collection of the school's alternative curriculum related documents, analysis, discussion, and summary are conducted, the main conclusions are as follows: I、The curriculum leadership in the director of academic affairs about the alternative curriculum with "reading" as the core topic needs to gradually revise concepts and practices in accordance with education policies, teachers, and school’s internal and external resources. II、The curriculum leadership in the director of academic affairs has multiple roles and is part of the middle leadership. III、The curriculum leadership in the director of academic affairs should adopt a rolling revision policy, build consensus within the school stuff, and plan alternative courses pragmatically.
