國中特教班階級議題融入職業教育之多元文化課程研究

摘要


本研究採取質性的行動研究法,以11位國中特教班輕、中度障礙學生為主要研究參與者,依照其身心特質、學習需求與家庭社經背景,建構並實施國中特教班階級議題融入職業教育之多元文化課程。研究旨在透過行動研究取向之課程設計與教學實踐,採取觀察、訪談、調查、文件分析等資料蒐集方法,從課程與教學、學生學習成效和教師專業成長三個層面,探究多元文化課程的建構與實施。 研究結果如下:一、以職業、家庭階級和貧窮為主要概念,建構有助於特教班學生未來轉銜、家庭生活與社會適應之階級議題多元文化課程。二、以小組合作學習為主的多元教學策略,搭配增強制度與多元評量,能提升學生學習動機與成效,並促進師生間正向互動。三、多元文化課程可提升學生的階級意識,培養學生同理尊重的態度,以及展現階級關懷的行動。四、學生在人際互動、職業知能與態度的多元成長,有助於達成職業教育轉銜與社會適應的目標。五、實踐階級關懷的教育行動可提升教師多元文化教育知能與信念。

A Multicultural Curriculum Research of Vocational Education with Social Class Issue for Special Education Classes in Junior High School Abstract This is an action research with total of 11 students in special education, which includes mild mental retardation, moderate mental disabilities. Based on each students’ different physical and mental qualities, learning needs, and consider family socioeconomic status, developed a multicultural curriculum research of vocational education with social class issue for special education classes in junior high school. Through observations, interviews, survey, and data analysis, discuss how to construction and implementation methods multicultural curriculum, the outcomes of student learning, as well as professional growth of teachers. The results are as follows: 1. The main concepts of the course, which includes employment, family class, and poverty. The multicultural curriculum is effective for special education students’ career transition, and facilitate adaptation to family and social life. 2. Developing cooperative learning based diversified teaching strategies, with enhanced system and multiple assessment methods, can effectively improve students’ motivation and learning effectiveness, and promotes positive interaction between teachers and students. 3. A multicultural curriculum can enhance students' understanding of social class consciousness, and helps students’ to cultivate an attitude of respect and empathy, and showing concern for the disadvantaged. 4. Students’ interpersonal ability, professional knowledge and ability, and professional attitude have more growth, contribute to the future career transition and social adaptation. 5. The actual operation of the present course, can enhance teachers' faith, knowledge, and ability of multicultural education.
