新北市國中教師人格特質與理財行為之相關研究

摘要


摘要 本研究旨在探討新北市國中教師個人人格特質與理財行為的關係,以做為日後國中教師理財素養之專業成長、理財教育課程規畫與教師個人理財行為探討等相關研究之參考。本研究在背景變項方面探討性別、教學年資、教育程度、教學領域、學校規模、修習理財課程、理財知識興趣、理財實務經驗等八個變項;人格特質變項方面有開放性、嚴謹性、外向性、親和性、神經質等五個變項;在理財行為變項方面有消費與儲蓄、保險與風險管理、信用與借貸、投資行為等四個變項。 本研究對象為新北市公立國中教師,調查所得資料以SPSS 18.0電腦統計套裝軟體進行描述統計、T檢定、單因子變異數分析與事後多重比較、皮爾森相關、典型相關等量化方法處理分析。本研究結果敘述如下: 一、新北市國中教師人格特質情況,以嚴謹性較明顯。 二、新北市國中教師理財行為整體表現中等,以信用與借貸表現最佳。 三、新北市國中教師之理財行為因背景變項之不同,在性別、修習理財課程數量、對理財知識的興趣及存款以外的理財實務經驗等四項達顯著差異。 四、新北市國中教師人格特質各向度與理財行為各向度部分達顯著相關,嚴謹性人格特質與理財行為各向度都達顯著相關。 五、新北市國中教師人格特質與理財行為有典型相關,嚴謹性人格特質愈明顯之教師,愈能有好的理財行為;神經質人格特質愈明顯之教師,愈不能有良好的理財行為。

Abstract The purpose for this study is to explore the correlation of personality trait and financial behavior of the junior high school teachers in New Taipei City. The eight background variables of this study are gender, teaching seniority, education level, teaching areas, school size, financial courses, financial knowledge interest, and financial experience. The five variables of personality trait are the Five-Factor Model. The four variables of financial behavior are spending and saving, insurance and risk management, credit and loan, investment behaviors. The study subjects are junior high school teachers in New Taipei City. Data were analyzed by using following methods: descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and canonical correlation analysis. Based on the study results, the conclusions are listed below: (1)Among those study subjects, the most significant personality trait is Conscientiousness. (2)Among those study subjects, the overall performance financial behavior is about average, the most significant part is credit and loan. (3)In different backgrounds of study subjects appears significant difference in gender, numbers of financial courses, financial knowledge interest , and experience of other financial management. (4)All the orientation of personality trait and financial behavior have significant correlation of study subjects. Conscientiousness have significant correlation with all the orientation of financial behavior. (5)Among those study subjects, personality trait and financial behavior have canonical correlation. The more obvious conscientiousness personality trait a teacher possesses, the better financial behavior he /she has. And the more obvious neuroticism a teacher possesses, the worse financial behavior he/she has.
