臺北市公立高中職學生參與SH150方案現況與影響因素之探討

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市公立高中職學生參與SH150方案現況與影響因素,本研究問卷採用自編設計的「臺北市公立高中職學生參與SH150方案現況與影響因素之調查問卷」為研究工具,所得有效樣本1,848份問卷,所得資料進行描述性統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及相關分析進行統計分析,結果如下: 一、臺北市公立高中職學生參與SH150方案,最常利用課後時段在室外球場進行籃球運動,惟整體參與僅佔全體學生二成。 二、影響學生參與SH150方案以行政規劃影響程度最大,設施設備影響程度最低。 三、臺北市公立高中職學生參與SH150方案在運動時段、運動項目、運動場所、運動知覺強度及每週在校運動150分鐘會因背景變項而有所不同。 四、不同背景變項之臺北市公立高中職學生參與SH150方案受自我滿足、行政規劃、社會支持及自我能力而有所影響。 五、學生每週在校運動150分鐘與性別、課後補習或晚自習情形、有無參加運動性社團、自我滿足、社會支持及自我能力有相關存在。

This study attempts to explore the current situation and influencing factors of SH150 program of public secondary school students in Taipei City. The study employed an edited questionnaire, and 1,848 effective samples were collected. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics mainly in: Pearson's chi-squared test, t-test, ANOVA, and binary logistic regression model. The results showed four aspects. 1.Students who joined SH150 program most often play basketball outdoor after school. The percentage is 20%. 2.The major and minor factors influence students who joined SH150 are executive management and facilities management. 3.The situation of students who joined SH150 remains different based on time, items, places, awareness of sports. 4.Self-satisfaction, executive management, society support, and self-efficacy influence students who joined SH150 from different background. 5.The participation of SH150 remains relative to gender, studying after school, joining sportive clubs, self-satisfaction, society support, and self-efficacy.
