高中體育班學生實施生涯規劃課程之行動研究

摘要


本研究以行動研究法探討生涯規劃課程融入高中體育班學生的學習歷程與變化,旨在了解高中生體育班實施生涯規劃課程之歷程,觀察學生參與生涯規劃教學課程前、中、後的改變,並探討生涯規劃課程實施對學生的影響,以及教師在參與生涯規劃行動研究後的建議。本研究以106學年度基隆市XX高職體育班高二學生為研究對象。該所學校每班上課人數約為25至30人,其中參與本研究之體育班學生男生有12位,女生則有7位。在教學前、中、後階段,分別以訪談、觀察、評估及與同儕間的討論、反思探討,改進教師的教學策略和課程內容的設計。同時,透過行動研究配合教學情境、教師自我反省、學生學習狀況、同儕互動內容與狀況等資訊呈現,作為內容分析基礎。歸納出本研究所得到的結論如下:ㄧ、生涯規劃課程對於高中體育班學生具有正向效果;二、生涯規劃課程可刺激學生提早思考自身價值與現實面的認知;三、促進發展學生思考自身第二興趣與第二職業的規劃,甚至在學業努力上也具有正面提升的意義。

The study aimed to explore the course and learning changes of a career planning course integrated into the senior high school student athletes’ curriculum through an action research approach. The participants of the study were recruited from a junior high school student athlete class in Keelung City in 106 academic year. The number of student in the school is about 25 to 30 for each class. There were 12 male and 7 female students participating in the study. In the pre-learning cycle, middle and post-learning cycle, respectively, interviews, observation, evaluation and discussion with peers, reflection and discussion were conducted to improve the teacher's teaching strategies and course design. Through the action research, with the teaching situation, teacher’s self-reflection, student learning achivevments, peer interaction content and status and other information presented as the basis for content analysis. The conclusion of the study were as follows: 1. Career planning course had a positive effect for this high school student athletes; 2. Career planning course could assist students to think ahead of their own value and reality shock; 3. Career planning course could promote the development of students thinking about their interests and career planning, even in academic efforts.
