行動學習融入國中體育教學之行動研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討應用行動學習融入於體育課對學生學習動機的影響,探究學生的學習策略使用情形與教師在使用行動學習歷程中教學反思與自身成長,提供國中體育教學實踐之參考。30位國中九年級學生與教師研究者本身,以行動載具、線上學習平台、應用程式融入體育課籃球教學,為期16節課,期中以觀課表與教學日記記錄學生應用情形,在課程結束後進行訪談,以相依樣本t檢驗統計教學實驗前、後之學習動機,並針對觀課表、教師教學日記、訪談紀錄進行結果分析。結果如下: 一、行動學習融入體育教學後,學生在整體學習動機、專注力、相關性認知、滿足感均有顯著差異且後測優於前側。 二、大多數的學生在利用行動學習進行學習活動時,學生能夠依照不同的活動性質而調整、改變自己需要使用的策略,進而產生學習效益,成為自主學習者。 三、教師在行動學習融入體育教學時能從實施的歷程中獲得成長。 本研究結果顯示行動學習融入體育教學後學生在整體學習動機、專注力、相關性認知、滿足感有正向提升,建議未來體育課教學中可融入行動學習方式,提升學生學習動機與培養學習策略。

This action research aims to investigate the influence of applying mobile learning in physical education courses in a junior high school on students’ learning motivation, and exploring students’ learning strategies and teachers’ reflection in the process of integration of mobile learning method in physical education. 30 students in same class from a junior high school were recruited as participants in the study. Mobile devices, online learning platforms and APPs were used as moble learning strategies in basketball PE courses (16*45 minutes). The data were recorded through lesson observation sheets and teaching dairy. Participans were also interviewed to collect the reflections of mobile learning method after the whole learning cycle. Paired samples t-test were carried out to compare ARCS questionnaire in terms of the learning motivation before and after the teaching experiment. Results were as follow: 1. Learning motivation, concentration, cognition of relevance, and satisfaction were significantly better (p<.05) after the integration of mobile learning into physical education courses. 2. Appling mobile learning in course, participants can adjust learning strategies according to the differences of activities in courses, improving learning efficiency and becoming toward self-directed learners. 3. Through the course of the integration of mobile learning method into physical education, teachers can make progress in terms of teaching practice during the process. The mobile learning appling in PE courses is beneficial not only for teachers but for students in PE courses. Mobile learning is recommended to apply in PE courses in the future.
