臺北市大學學生會行政部門之組織滿意度與組織公民行為研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市大學學生會行政部門之組織滿意度與組織公民行為,採用問卷調查法,以「學生會組織滿意度問卷」與「組織公民行為問卷」為研究工具,有效施測樣本為253人,分別利用描述性統計、T考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析之統計方法進行量化分析,本研究發現茲分述如下: 一、學生會組織滿意度上在「組織成員」最為滿意,其次依序為「工作挑戰」、「組織經營」、「自治輔導」、「學校行政」。 二、在組織公民行為上以「公民美德」表現最佳,其次依序為「自我要求」、「耐勞負重」、「利他助人」、「尊重體制」。 三、不同個人背景變項(年級、就讀學群、學校類型、學校規模、父親教育程度)及不同自治組織背景(自治組織規模、自治組織職務、組織教育訓練、組織活動時數、組織投入程度)在學生會組織滿意度上有顯著差異。 四、不同個人背景變項(年級、就讀學群、學校類型、學校規模、父親教育程度、母親教育程度)、自治組織背景(自治組織規模、自治組織年資、自治組織職務、組織教育訓練、組織活動時數、組織投入程度)在組織公民行為上有顯著差異。 五、學生會組織滿意度與組織公民行為各面向與整體上具有中、高度相關。 六、自治組織背景(自治組織規模、自治組織年資、組織擔任職務、組織活動時數、組織投入程度)與學生會組織滿意度「組織成員」、「工作挑戰」、「自治輔導」等變項,對學生會成員的組織公民行為比較具有解釋力。 七、「個人背景」、「自治組織背景」、「組織滿意度」經多元迴歸分析,對學生會成員的組織公民行為各面向(公民美德、自我要求、利他助人、尊重體制、耐勞負重)與整體的解釋力分別為60.3%、64.9%、59.9%、59.8%、60.0%及67.4%。   最後本研究針對教育部、輔導老師、學生會成員以及後續研究提出具體建議。

This study aims to explore organizational satisfaction and organization citizenship behavior of student association’s administrative department of universities in Taipei. It was adopted the quantitative study. This research tool was “Student association’s organizational satisfaction questionnaire” and “Organization citizenship behavior questionnaire”. A total of 253 valid samples were retrieved. The data were analyzed by statistical methods including descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings are as follows: 1.The most satisfied in student association’s organizational satisfaction is the organization of member, followed by work challenges, organizational management, autonomy counseling, and administrative resources. 2.Organization citizenship behavior the best is civil virtue, followed by conscientiousness, sportsmanship, altruism, and courtesy. 3.Different background variables of individuals (grade, field of study, types of school, school size, educational attainment of father) and different background variables of autonomous organization(autonomous organization size, years of participation, position, education training, weekly hours of the participation and degree of input)contribute to significant differences on student association’s organizational satisfaction. 4.Different background variables of individuals (grade, field of study, types of school, school size, educational attainment of parents) and different background variables of autonomous organization(autonomous organization size, years of participation, position, weekly hours of the participation and degree of input)contribute to significant differences on organization citizenship behavior. 5.Every dimension and overall of student association’s organizational satisfaction and organization citizenship behavior have moderately and highly correlated. 6.Background of autonomous organization (autonomous organization size, years of participation, position, education training, weekly hours of the participation and degree of input)and organization member, work challenges, and autonomy counseling dimension of student association’s organizational satisfaction have explanatory power in relation to organization citizenship behavior. 7.The explanatory power of the multiple regression analysis of “background of individuals”, “background of autonomous organization”, and “student association’s organizational satisfaction” in relation to every dimension and overall of organization citizenship behavior is 60.3%, 64.9%, 59.9%, 59.8%, 60.0%, and 67.4% respectively.   Based on the findings, suggestions are provided for ministry of education, Counselor, student association’s members, and future studies.
