我國國民中小學校長儲訓課程對校長專業知能影響之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解我國國民中小學校長儲訓課程對校長專業知能之影響,並進一步瞭解不同背景知校長所知覺校長儲訓課程與校長專業知能之差異情形,探討兩者之間的關係,以及分析校長儲訓課程對校長專業知能之預測力。   本研究方法為問卷調查法,並據相關文獻編製「中小學校長儲訓課程對校長專業知能影響之調查問卷」。本研究以101年至103年參與國家教育研究院所辦理的校長儲訓課程之儲訓校長為研究對象,共計發出638份正式問卷,有效問卷共計411份,有效回收率為64.42%。問卷回收後進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析等方法進行資料處理,所獲結論如下: 壹、 中小學校長對我國中小學校長儲訓課程之重要性看法為中高程度,其中以「專業培訓課程」知覺情形最高,「現場實務課程」相對較低。 貳、 中小學校長對我國中小學校長專業知能之助益看法為中高程度,以「公共關係營造」知覺情形最高,「課程教學領導」構面相對較低。 參、 不同背景校長對於整體校長儲訓課程知覺上並無明顯不同。 肆、 不同學歷、學校所在區域對校長專業知能之教育專業知識構面知覺明顯不同。 伍、 我國中小學校長儲訓課程對於校長專業知能具有正向影響力。 陸、 校長儲訓課程對校長專業知能具有正向預測力,其中又以專業培訓課程的預測力最高。 最後,研究者依據結論分別向辦理儲訓單位、教育行政機關、未來研究者提出相關建議,作為後續研究之參考。

The study was aimed to understand the relationship between the system of the pre-training curriculum of principal and principals' professional competence. In order to examine the significant difference of pre-training curriculum of principal and principals' professional competence in term of the subjects’ demographic variables, to explore the correlation between the two dimensions, and to analyze the predictability of pre-training curriculum of principal in principals' professional competence. The method adopted for this study was questionnaire survey. Based on the result drawn from the literature review, a questionnaire named “ The Questionnaire of principals' professional competence” was developed. The subjects of this study were the principals who took part in pre-training curriculum in National Education for Academy Research between 2012 and 2014. There are 638 questionnaire in the sampling investigation, 411 effective questionnaires in were collected, and the effective return-ratio is about 64.42%. Further, the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression, The conclusions of this study as follows: 1. Both principals in junior high school and elementary school think the pre-training curriculum is important, especially in “professional training course”. 2. Both principals in junior high school and elementary school think the professional competence is important, especially in “Public Relations”. 3. The principals with different background are no obvious difference in consciousness of professional competence. 4. The principals with different education or in different district are obvious difference in consciousness of “professional competence in education”. 5. The pre-training curriculum in principals is relevant of principals’ professional competence are with a positive correlation. 6. The pre-training curriculum in principals and principals’ professional competence are with a positive correlation. Finally, referent advices deduced from this study will be provide for principal training institution, the education administration authorities and researchers.
