高職多媒體應用科學生應備專業能力之研究

摘要


本研究旨在運用文獻分析、文件分析與專家訪談,了解多媒體應用科應具備的專業能力,透過個案學校教師訪談、其他教育階段的課程分析與產業人員的現地訪談獲悉多媒體行/產業的從業需求。透過專業能力分析,將能為多媒體應用科教學定位之外,也釐清職場從業人員對學生的看法與期待,以求有助於學生找到合適發展方向。研究結論中,設計的知能以及運用軟體的能力,是為多媒體應用科學生首要具備的基礎能力;美術、藝術鑑賞則是學生應具備的涵養。利用不斷的臨摹他人作品建立熟練度以及型塑個人設計風格。更有從業人員與學者建議: 1.學校應協助學生建立合適的實習場域 2.配合教學進度給予適當學習機會。 3.協助學生早日認識自我專長,加速融入工作環境,也避免學用落差之狀況。

This study aimed to help students, particularly for those who major in multimedia applications, explore their interests, prepare them for the job search, and recognize which jobs are a good fit for them. With methods of reviewing the literature, examination of the present curriculum in multimedia applications, and interviews with experts in this academic and professional fields, this study provided practical work expectation from professionals and close evaluation of the present curriculum in the school. The results indicated that it was critical for multimedia application students to understand of multimedia development in the business world, and how successful development is contingent on detailed client specifications, user and audience research, and design decisions taken. Students were required to have the practical skills to plan and create a multimedia product that includes animation, audio and video. The experts also provided three main suggestions for the training institutions: 1. Schools may maintain good relationships with companies or institutions in the related field for the resources and information from the industry. 2. Schools may provide students with thorough, up-to-date training and support for future career. This may ensure students the training they have are relevant, current and applicable to today's tough job market. 3. Schools may help students understand what to expect during the job search process and assist them to have the skills and confidence to locate and secure rewarding careers they truly love.
