北區某公立大學之社團幹部參與態度、投入程度及自我效能暨關係研究

A study on the relationship between participation attitude, involvement and self-efficacy: Based on data of school clubs’ core member from a public university in northern Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生社團幹部的社團參與態度、投入程度、自我效能,以及三者間的關係。本研究以北區某公立大學之社團幹部為研究對象,並以「北區某公立大學之社團幹部參與態度、投入程度及自我效能暨關係研究」進行問卷調查,共發出問卷570份,回收問卷268份,有效問卷共262份。問卷資料採取描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析等統計方法進行分析,本研究發現如下: 一、北區某公立大學之社團幹部在社團參與態度、投入程度及自我效能皆呈現高度正向。 二、不同社團幹部個人背景變項在社團參與態度、投入程度及自我效能間的差異情形: (一)社團幹部之生理男性在自我效能優於生理女性。 (二)社團幹部之大四生在社團參與態度優於大二生;大四生及大三生在投入程度優於大一生。 (三)社團幹部之無住宿經驗者在自我效能優於有住宿經驗者。 (四)社團幹部之校外工讀經驗者在投入程度優於校內工讀經驗者。 (五)社團幹部之參與聯誼性社團者在投入程度優於參與藝文性、體能性或服務性社團者;參與綜合性(自治性)社團者在投入程度優於參與藝文性、服務性社團者,在自我效能則優於參與藝文性社團者。 (六)社團幹部之社團資歷較長者在社團參與態度及投入程度皆優於社團資歷較短者。 (七)社團幹部之平均每週參與時數22小時以上者在社團參與態度、投入程度及自我效能皆優於未滿7小時者。 (八)社團幹部之曾任社(會)長者在社團參與態度、投入程度及自我效能皆優於曾任股長或其他幹部者。 (九)社團幹部之擔任幹部期間較長者在社團參與態度、投入程度及自我效能皆優於擔任幹部期間較短者。 三、北區某公立大學之社團幹部社團參與態度及社團投入程度呈現高度正相關。 四、北區某公立大學之社團幹部社團參與態度及自我效能呈現中度正相關。 五、北區某公立大學之社團幹部社團投入程度及自我效能呈現中度正相關。   最後,根據本研究結果針對大學生、學校及相關學務單位以及未來研究提出建議,以作為未來大專院校對於提升社團參與態度、投入程度以及強化自我效能之參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between school club participation attitude, involvement and self-efficacy of school clubs’ core member from a public university in northern Taiwan. This research is aimed at the core members of a public university in northern Taiwan. In total, 268 responses were received and among them 262 were valid. The data were analyzed with reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation in the IBM SPSS 23.0 for windows. Findings are as following: 1.The participation attitude, involvement and self-efficacy of school clubs’ core member from a public university in northern Taiwan is positive. 2.The participation attitude, involvement and self-efficacy with different demographics of school clubs’ core member from a public university in northern Taiwan: I.Physiological male school clubs’ core member with self-efficacy is significantly better than physiological female school clubs’ core member. II.Participation attitude of school clubs’ core member above the fourth grade is better than junior, while involvement of the fourth grade and senior are both better than fresh man. III.Self-efficacy of school clubs’ core member without dormitory experience is better than those with experience. IV.Involvement of school clubs’ core member with off-campus job experience is better than those with part-time school job experience. V.Involvement of fraternity clubs’ core member is better than those participate literature & art clubs, athletic clubs or ministrant clubs’ core member, while student association of departments’ core member is better than those participate literature & art clubs and ministrant clubs’ core member; Self-efficacy of student association of departments’ core member is better than literature & art clubs’ core member. VI.Participation attitude and involvement of school clubs’ core member with longer experience is both better than those with shorter experience. VII.Participation attitude, involvement and self-efficacy of school clubs’ core member who are involved more than 22 hours in student clubs exhibit is better than those involved less than 7 hours. VIII.Participation attitude, involvement and self-efficacy of school clubs’ core member who used to be president is better than those used to be minister or others. IX.Participation attitude, involvement and self-efficacy of school clubs’ core member with longer core member experience is better than with shorter core member experience. 3.There is a significant positive correlation between participation attitude and involvement of school clubs’ core member from a public university in northern Taiwan. 4.There is a significant positive correlation between participation attitude and self-efficacy of school clubs’ core member from a public university in northern Taiwan. 5.There is a significant positive correlation between involvement and self-efficacy of school clubs’ core member from a public university in northern Taiwan. Recommendations based on the results are presented to improve effectiveness of school’s administrations and future researchers as reference.
