從性別友善觀點探究臺灣運動空間-以UBA公開一級女子籃球發展為例

國內給予女性籃球員的運動發展空間一直以來有相當多的限制與爭議，無論是教育規劃、資源分配、媒體報導偏頗等問題皆層出不窮，因此本研究期望在女性思想抬頭的現代，以UBA公開一級女子籃球發展的現況進行探討，目的是想瞭解國內運動空間對大專女子籃球員發展的關係以及後續影響為何，首先以文本分析法進行相關媒體報導的整理與分析，再以半結構式訪談法與UBA公開一級女子籃球隊之教練、球員及瞭解女籃體制現況之相關人士進行訪談，試圖找出現有的問題並探究是否有解決的方式。結果：UBA公開一級女子籃球發展牽動下至HBL高中籃球聯賽，上至WSBL女子超級籃球聯賽，從各實體層面分析女子籃球的運動空間發現，在莊園式教育體系成長的球員未來道路受限；投資者利益至上，資源分配仍偏重男籃；媒體方面則因近年網路平台帶起性別意識，報導文字有明顯好轉，但仍有重男輕女現象；政策層面則因未能建設完整由下而上的溝通管道，導致球員繼續籃球生涯意願降低。結論：國內運動空間整體仍對女子籃球發展相當不友善，尤其又以後續職業接續情況尤為明顯。

The domestic environment for women basketball has always been controversial. Therefore our study hopes to explore the current condition of UBA division 1 women basketball in the era of awakening feminist consciousness. The purpose is to understand more about the domestic sports environment for college female basketball players and the impact on their future development. First we use content analyzing method to organize and examine relating media reports. Followed by the use of semi-structural interviewing method with coaches, players, and senior media veteran of UBA division 1 women basketball, trying to figure out the current problem and seek solutions. The result indicates that the effect of UBA division one women basketball ranges from high school basketball such as HBL to semi-professional basketball such as WSBL.Women basketball players’ future possibilities are limited because of Cooperative Education System. The opinions of sponsors are prioritized, which leads to bias resource allocation toward men’s basketball. Due to the rise of feminist consciousness, the content has been more equal in terms of media reports. However, there’s still patriarchal situation in these reports. In regards to policies, failing to construct a thorough communication platform from top to bottom leads to lack of willingness for players to continue their career. In conclusion, the domestic sports space in general is still unfriendly toward women basketball, and this is especially true when considering players’ career development.
