學校跆拳道運動代表隊經營策略之研究 －以國立桃園高級農工職業學校為例

摘要

國立桃園高級農工職業學校，於2004年正式成立跆拳道代表隊體育班，在短短的11年時間在臺灣跆拳道立足，於國內賽事中屢屢拿下佳績，其運動成就的發展過程值得深入探討。本研究以歷史研究法為主，配合訪談法，透過歷史資料、文獻分析與訪談紀錄，做統整性的整理，紀錄國立桃園高級農工職業學校跆拳道運動發展情形。所得結論如下:一、國立桃園高級農工職業學校於民國62年發展跆拳道運動項目，在民國88年創立了運動代表隊，發展了數年於民國93年成立了體育班至今，而以甄審、獨立招生為入學管道招收優秀選手，要求選手學術兼修，以培養優秀人才為重點目標。二、2012年奧運會後，WTF世界總會改採積分制，國內國際賽制接軌更新，各形競技活動與庶務更形繁多，如需維持競爭優勢誠屬不易，2014年黃懷萱拿到臺灣第一面青奧金牌，2015世界錦標賽莊佳佳奪回睽違女子16年的世錦賽金牌。三、國立桃園高級農工職業學校跆拳道代表隊成立體育班初期，為全國最早發展跆拳道品勢、團體武藝項目的高中職學校，率先招收跆拳道品勢選手來充足人才，以競技對打、品勢及團體武藝項目發展來因應，為第一所跆拳道多元發展的學校。而莊佳佳、黃懷萱兩位選手同時也為國家拿到2016年兩張里約奧運門票，為國立桃園高級農工職業學校增添新頁，期望未來奧運會上跆拳道獲得良好成績，更需全校動員支援與更多的成就熱情。

National Taoyuan Senior Vocational School of Agriculture and Technology, formally established Taekwondo team sports classes in 2004, in just 11 years, the Taiwan taekwondo repeatedly won competitions, which brings its development of sports achievements worth for a further discussion. In this study, it was based with historical researches, involving interviews, historical data, document analysis and interview records to integrate the records of Taoyuan Senior National Agricultural Workers Vocational School Taekwondo team’s development.
In conclusion: First, the National Taoyuan Senior Vocational School of Agriculture and Technology developed Taekwondo sports event in the 62th year of the republic era. In the 88th year of the republic era, the sports teams were established, and in the 93th year to nowadays, sports class were validated. Independent school enrollment were the pipeline to recruit good players, and players requested academic minor in order to cultivate outstanding talents as the main targets. Second, after the 2012 Olympic Games, WTF world always adopt cumulated based score system, domestic and international competition system updated as well, which led to difficulties for maintaining its advantages while athletic activities became more and more complicated. In 2014 Huang Huaixuan got the first gold medal in the Youth Olympic Games, and in 2015 World Championship Chuang Chia-chiare captured after nearly 16 years of World Championship gold medal. Third, National Taoyuan Senior Vocational School of Agriculture and Technology established the taekwondo classes in the early years for the earliest development of Taekwondo Poomsae- strength and tolerance, high school vocational school’s martial art projects, and to recruit Taekwondo athletes that offered Poomsae to sufficient human resources for athletics sparring, and combining Poomsae and martial art to cope with for the school's first taekwondo diversified development. And Chuang Chia-chia, Huang Huaixuan both two players got the 2016 Rio Olympic tickets, bringing honor to the National Taoyuan Senior Vocational School of Agriculture and Technology, expected to have good results at the Olympics Taekwondo in the future; the school needs to be mobilized with more support and with great enthusiasm of achievements.
