影響群眾募資成功可能性的因素

摘要


群眾募資的力量近年在各個平台其效益驚人,透過聚沙成塔、涓流成河將所 有專案支持者的資金集結,並幫助有想法、有行動,但卻缺乏資金的微型創業者找到一個融資及銷售的管道。本研究以量化方式蒐集其五個不同區域平台上募資專案的資料,並試圖尋找一個通用於各平台的提案者成功募資的方法,本研究可能探討的因素包括其早期資金的挹注、平台上提案人與支持者的互動及提案人在平台上的募資經驗,控制變數亦包含專案目標金額、影片、回饋產品數量、社群媒體分享、專案類型、募資平台,而本研究透過迴歸實證結果發現,第三天的募資達成率、提案者在平台上的資訊更新、提案者的募資經驗將是影響群眾募資成功可能性的因素。

Crowdfunding is a new financing avenue attracting both academia and practitioners. This study attempts to investigate factors that influence the likelihood of successful fundraising in crowdfunding platform. These factors include early achievement, the number of post updates, the number of comments from platform participants, and the number of fundraising experience. The results show that the first three day achievement rate, the number of post updates and the number of fundraising experience are positively associated with successful fundraising. Discussions are also incorporated.
