多功能可視型挖耳勺系統之研發

摘要


['本研究旨在實現一套多功能可視型挖耳勺,根據西元2010年大阪紅十字醫院統計資料顯示,因挖耳朵造成耳道傷害的比例為27.3%,故本研究以多功能可視型挖耳勺解決挖耳時看不見耳道內影像的問題,降低因看不見耳道內影像而誤傷的情形,並改善使用時方向容易混淆的缺點,同時加入多項功能,連接Android智慧型裝置使用,使其攜帶便利,成為個人、家庭生活衛生用品。為達上述目的,本研究首先探討相關文獻以建立理論基礎,而後使用筆型顯微鏡連接Android智慧型裝置拍攝耳道內影像,在顯微鏡前端裝上挖耳勺用以清潔耳道,並使用G-sensor或紅外線特徵點來獲得轉動角度的資訊,可修正顯示影像的方向,達到更有效的操作效果,也可透過App軟體拍攝鼻腔影像,上傳雲端進行鼻腔阻塞分析,還有溫度量測功能與純音聽力檢測功能,可自行檢測耳溫與聽力,快速了解自身身體健康狀況。 本研究並針對各項功能進行實驗檢驗,經由資料分析後,獲致結果如下: 一、本研究影像方向修正功能具實用性。 二、本研究之鼻腔阻塞分析功能計算通氣面積之準確率達96.96%以上。 三、本研究之純音聽力檢測功能,其頻率準確,平均誤差0.37%,最大誤差4.42%,而分貝平均誤差0.859分貝,最大誤差為3.6分貝。 四、本研究之溫度量測功能量測耳溫範圍溫度誤差在0.3℃以內。 根據實驗檢測本研究之性能,實現一套多功能可視型挖耳勺系統。 關鍵字:可視型挖耳勺、影像方向修正、鼻腔阻塞分析、紅外線溫度量測、純音聽力檢測 ']

['This study aimed to develop a multifunctional visualized earpick. According to the statistical report published by The Heart of Osaka Japan in 2010, there was 27.3% ear injury due to the ear wax cleaning. The camera was used to solve the problem that users could not see the image of their ear canal when they cleaned their ear wax. G-sensor or the characteristics of IR LED were used to solve the problem that users often felt confused about the direction when they used Visualized ear pick. Furthermore, lots of function was provided by the Android application, users could measure their body temperature, capture the image of their nasal cavity and upload to the cloud to do the nasal congestion analysis, and do the pure tone audiometry function. Four experiments were conducted. It showed that: 1. It was practical that the correction of the image direction approach was applied. 2. The accuracy of the nasal congestion calculation was 96.96%. 3. The mean error of the frequency in the pure tone audiometry function was 0.37%, the max error was 4.42%. The mean error of the Loudness was 0.859 dB and the max error was 3.6 dB. 4.
