澳門幼稚園教師融合教育之班級經營策略與效能

A Study on Classroom Management Strategies and Effectiveness of Inclusive Education of Kindergarten Teachers in Macau

摘要


本研究旨在探討澳門幼稚園教師融合教育之班級經營策略與效能之現況,並分析兩者之間的關聯性以及可能的影響因素。本研究採用問卷調查法,以澳門設有融合教育的在職幼稚園教師為研究對象,主要以改編之問卷「澳門幼稚園教師融合教育之班級經營策略與效能之研究問卷」為研究工具蒐集資料。資料蒐集採用問卷的填答形式,共有回收247份問卷,有效問卷為203份,問卷有效率達82.2%。資料以描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關、單因子變異數分析、薛費法等方式,進行資料分析。研究結果顯示,融合教育教師在班級經營策略的整體實施程度佳。教師年齡、任教年資、學校背景,分別在不同的班級經營策略面向有顯著差異。此外,教師在融合教育下的班級經營策略與效能之間有顯著差異。此外,根據研究所得的結論,期望能夠分別對政府、學校、教師提出建議,幫助政府提供學校更多的支援以利學校融合教育的推行,同時日後作為班級經營效能相關研究與實務之參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the classroom management strategies and the classroom management effectiveness of inclusive education of kindergartens in Macau, and to examine the relationships and factors related to the strategies used and effectiveness. Questionnaire surveys was employed in the study. In this survey,a modified survey,“The teacher of inclusive education of kindergarten in Macau’s Classroom Management Strategies and Classroom Management Effectiveness Scale,” was sent to all kindergarten teachers with inclusive education in Macau. The questionnaire survey was sent to 247 participants and 82.2%(203 participants) of them responded via the internet. The information obtained were analyzed by using the means, standard deviation,t-test,one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis,and so forth. The results of the study show that the integration education teachers have a good overall implementation of class management strategies. The age of teachers, the age of teaching, and the background of the school have significant differences in the management strategies of different classes. In addition, there is a significant difference between the teacher’s class management strategy and effectiveness under integrated education. In addition, based on the findings of the study, it is expected that the government, schools, and teachers can be separately advised to help the government provide more support for the implementation of school integration education. At the same time, it will serve as a reference for the related research and practice of class management effectiveness.
