幼兒園音樂教學之個案研究~以新北市私立天使幼兒園為例

A Case Study of Music Teaching at the “Angel” Kindergarten in New Taipei City

摘要


本研究旨在探究私立天使幼兒園之音樂教學,以該園之副園長、帶班教師及外聘音樂教師為研究對象。本研究採質性之個案研究法,以自編之半結構式訪談大綱,對研究對象進行一對一之個別訪談,並針對外聘教師之音樂教學進行觀察,同時,輔以該園音樂教學之相關文件,以了解個案幼兒園之音樂教學理念與模式。本研究之主要研究結果如下: 一、個案幼兒園之音樂教學設計以幼兒為中心,選擇貼近幼兒生活經 驗之活動與素材,並重視帶班教師與外聘音樂教師間之教學增能 與同儕互助。 二、個案幼兒園之音樂教學實施會配合幼兒園教學主題,並善用社會 資源,重視幼兒多感官學習之體驗,以幼兒視角為考量。 三、個案幼兒園之音樂教學期許以調劑幼兒身心,豐富幼兒美感經驗 為原則。 四、個案幼兒園之音樂教學步驟以多感官啟發為核心,分別從聽覺與 視覺出發,進而引導幼兒進行其他感官之體驗。 五、個案幼兒園在音樂教學中善用幼兒想法,以提問、小組活動及靈 活調整課程內容與進度等多種策略,與跨領域科目整合實施。 最後根據研究結果,對幼兒園行政單位、幼兒園教師,及未來研究提出相關建議,以作參考之用。

The purpose of this case study was to explore the music teaching in the private “Angel” Kindergarten, and the research subjects were the vice principal, two classroom teachers, and one external music teacher. The methods of interview, observation and document analysis were utilized in this study in order to understand the case kindergarten’s music teaching concepts and modes. The major results of the study were as follows: 1. The music teaching design of the case kindergarten took children as the center, and the design was selected from the activities and materials close to children's life experience. Additionally, it also attached importance to the teaching between the classroom teachers and the external music teacher.  2. The implementation of music teaching in the case kindergarten was in line with the teaching theme of the kindergarten and made good use of social resources. In addition, it paid attention to children's multi-sensory learning experience and took children's perspective as consideration. 3. The music teaching expectation of the case kindergarten was based on the principle of adjusting children's body and mind which enriched children's aesthetic experience. 4. The music teaching procedure of the case kindergarten took multi-sensory inspiration as the core, starting from auditory and visual respectively, and then guiding children to experience other senses. 5. In music teaching, the case kindergarten made good use of children's ideas. It integrated the strategies of questioning, group activities, and flexible adjustment of curriculum content, and scheduled into the implementation of cross-disciplinary subjects. Finally, according to the results of the study, the research provided some suggestions for kindergarten administrative units, kindergarten teachers and future research.
