示意圖應用於劍道運動基本動作創作研究

A Study on the Application of Schematic Diagram in Basic Movements of Kendo

摘要


劍道起源於日本,是由「劍」和「道」結合而成,在學習劍術的同時也是在修習道,劍道學習的基本架構和觀念會一直延續至後期技巧運用。本研究者學習劍道十年,近年邁入教學階段,學習過程不斷的自我省思觀念、檢視動作,並且觀察其他學習者的動作和互相交流劍道的理念,發現劍道的動作和觀念是一致,但是當學習者聽從教練所口述的教學重點到做出正確的動作,需要一段漫長的時間理解和實踐。本研究將透過教練的深度訪談分解劍道之姿勢和操作要點,同時也透過學習者深度訪談了解在學習的過程中,教練口述的重點太多精髓經常會遺漏,而教練示範動作時某些視角經常會被擋住看不到,因此學習者會用揣摩、想像的方式做出動作。本研究匯整深度訪談要點後以主觀的視角及客觀的視角分解並運用示意圖能以細部分解、清楚易懂的視覺傳達特性,讓學習者能以有效率的方式來學習劍道的精髓,並且能反覆的檢視。創作規劃系列劍道運動示意圖表,共計四大項十二件作品,希冀透過具有立即性清晰傳遞訊息的示意圖幫助學習劍道運動建立正確觀念、姿勢及動作操作,亦可擴及其他運動。

Kendo originated in Japan and is a combination of "sword" and "Dao". While learning swordsmanship, it is also studying "Dao". The basic structure and concept of kendo learning will be continued until the later application of techniques. The researcher has studied Kendo for ten years and entered the teaching stage in recent years. Through constant self -reflecting ideas, examining movements, observing the actions of other learners, and exchanging ideas of Kendo, it is found that the movements and concepts of kendo are consistent. But when the learner does the right movements by listening to the coach's dictation, it takes a long time to understand and practice. This study will decompose the posture and operation points of Kendo through an in-depth interview with the coach. At the same time, through in-depth interviews with the learners, it was found that the focus of the coach's dictation is often missed in the process of learning. Also, the demonstration of the action is often blocked, so the learners do the movements in a way of mimicking and imagination. This study summarized the main points of in-depth interviews from subjective and objective perspectives with detailed, clear, and understandable visual communication characteristics. It allows learners to acquire the essence of Kendo efficiently and to review them repeatedly. There are twelve creative planning series of Kendo schematic diagrams classified into four categories.The researcher hopes to help learners establish the correct concepts, postures, and movements of Kendo with instant and clear message, which could also be extended to other sports.
