羽球教練湯仙虎運動知識螺旋之個案研究

A Case Study on the Spiral Knowledge on the Badminton Coach, Xian-Hu Tang

摘要


本研究目的在探究個案湯仙虎與傅海峰征戰世界的過程,及最終傅海峰成為兩屆奧運金牌所產生與湯仙虎相關的知識螺旋內容。資料蒐集方法則透過訪談、參與觀察、文件蒐集進行質性資料分析,並使用知識螺旋理論觀點端看互動過程。研究發現:一、共同化階段,個案訓練傅海峰透過觀察、模仿,學習強化基本能力。二、外化階段,個案利用引導方式,增加傅海峰及搭檔蔡贇三人的思維共識,將能力進行組合,找出優勢打法。三、結合階段,執行個案系統性的競賽模式,解決在比賽過程所遇難題。四、個案轉為顧問,傅海峰與搭檔從做中學,延續並衍生更多成功的模式與方法。個案與傅海峰持續秉持對羽球的熱愛,長時間保持高度的自我要求、扎實的執行訓練,系統性的比賽模式,長時間不斷循環,讓能力提升,產生更完整的自己,創造金牌人生。透過不同人事時地的互動、結合,產生新知識,創造知識,這是一個永無止境的過程。

The purpose of the study was to investigate and analyze Xian-Hu Tang and Haifeng Fu in order to provide firm evidence to develop strong support for extreme outstanding performance from “Coach Xian-Hu Tan’s” guidance of “constantly” Olympic man doubles champion to be. Semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentary analysis strategies were implemented for data collection. It was found that:1.Socialized stage: Tang made arrangements for Haifeng Fu to improve basic ability through observation and imitation. 2. Externalized Stage:Discovering the advantages of games, and reaching the consensus from Xian-Hu Tang, Haifeng Fu, and Lance. 3. Combinative Stage: Xian-Hu Tang used systematic competitions to help national champions solved the problems during competitions. 4. Haifeng Fu and Lance learned by doing and created successful modules and methods for winning more Olympic gold medals after Xian-Hu Tang’s guidance. Xian-Hu Tang and Haifeng Fu not only kept their passion toward badminton but also improved their ability, gained their experiences for pursuing more gold medals. Their irreplaceable status and fame will always stand strong and steady.
