國中生創造性傾向與生涯決策自我效能之探討

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中生創造性傾向與生涯決策自我效能之差異和相關情形。研究過程採用立意取樣方式,共抽取台灣地區北部、中部及南部三區13所國中,七、八、九年級有效樣本共1366人。 本研究以問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,研究工具包括學生基本資料表、國中學生創造性傾向量表和生涯決策自我效能量表。依據所得資料分別以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。本研究主要發現如下: 一、國中生整體創造性傾向,在學校所在地區與父母親教育程度等背景變項有 顯著性差異,但不因性別和年級而有顯著性差異。 二、國中生整體生涯決策自我效能,在學校所在地區、年級與父母親教育程 度等背景變項有顯著性差異,但不因性別而有顯著性差異。 三、國中生的創造性傾向與生涯決策自我效能皆達中度正相關。 四、國中生創造性傾向對整體生涯決策自我效能有顯著預測力,其中以自信對 整體生涯決策自我效能之預測力最高。 最後依據上述的研究結果,研究者提出教育上的建議與未來研究的建議,以供後續研究者之參考。

The purpose of the study was to explore the differences and relations among creativity and career decision-making self-efficacy of junior high school students in terms of their different backgrounds.The study also examined the predictability of creativity to career decision-making self-efficacy of junior high school students. The sample consisted of 1366 students from thirteen junior high schools in Taiwan with purposive sampling. The study gathered information through questionnaire surveys. The instruments applied were students’ demographic information, the creativity scale and the career decision-making self-efficacy scale. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation Analysis, Multiple regression Analysis. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1. The creativity of junior high school students varied significantly in terms of the area of school, father’s educational level, mother’s educational level, but not the gender and grade. 2. The career decision-making self-efficacy of junior school students varied significantly in terms of the area of school, grades, father’s educational level, mother’s educational level, but not the gender. 3. It shows medium positive correlation between creativity and career decision-making self-efficacy of junior high school students. 4. The predictabilities of creativity on career decision-making self-efficacy were significant. Among which the confidence was the most predictable. Finally, based on the results, suggestions for education and future researchers were discussed and proposed.
