國民中學自然與生活科技教師知識管理與教學效能之研究—以新北市為例

摘要


本研究為探討新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師知識管理與教學效能之研究,主要目的在瞭解新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師知識管理與教學效能之現況,分析不同背景變項之新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師在知識管理與教學效能之差異情形,並探討新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師知識管理與教學效能之關係。 本研究之研究對象為新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師,採用之研究方法為文獻探討法及問卷調查法為主,共發放400份問卷,回收之有效問卷382份。經以獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關及迴歸分析方法等統計分析獲得下列幾項結論; 一、 新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師知識管理與教學效能現況表現具有中高水準表現。 二、不同背景變項之新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師,在知識管理上皆有顯著差異。 三、不同背景變項之新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師,在教學效能上除了性別及職務之背景變項外,皆有顯著差異。 四、新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師知識管理與教學效能具有顯著的正相關。 五、新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師知識管理各層面中,以知識分享對教師教學效能整體最具解釋力。 六、不同服務區域之新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師在知識管理與教學效能的五個層面的差異皆達顯著水準。 七、新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師知識管理愈佳,則教師教學效能愈佳。 根據上述研究結論提出建議,以供教育行政機關、學校行政、教師以及後續相關研究之參考。 壹、對教育行政機關之建議 一、持續宣導知識管理理念,獎勵學校推動知識管理 二、規劃明確完善的教師進修管道,增進教師教學效能提升 三、訂定教師教學效能參照指標,建立教師教學效能績效考核制度 四、教育行政機關應設立知識庫網路平台,讓教師做檔案的分享與儲存 五、教育行政機關應思量如何降低教師間因城鄉差距,而造成差異性之存在 貳、對學校行政之建議 一、營造開放信任的組織氣氛,鼓勵教師進行知識分享與交流 二、設置專責單位或負責人員,善用資訊科技媒體,提升知識管理效能 三、建置教學專業成長網,鼓勵教師相互交流,增進教學效能提升 四、設立獎勵制度,鼓勵教師持續學習與進修,增進教學專業知能 五、發展教師成長團體,讓教師有彼此交流學習的機會 参、對教師之建議 一、積極從事教師知識管理工作,促進教師教學效能提昇 二、新北市國民中學自然與生活科技教師,學習如何儲存知識 三、透過教學專業對話、經驗分享交流,提升教師知識管理與教學效能 四、建立教學檔案夾,有助教學資料管理 五、教師心態應調整,適應整個教育環境改變,擴充教學領域上專業知能 六、勇於突破傳統,改變教學方法,創新課程內容 肆、對未來研究之建議 一、研究對象方面 二、研究方法方面 三、研究主題方面 四、研究工具方面 五、研究應用範圍方面

This study has three purposes.Firstly,this study conditions of junior high school science and lifetechnology teacher’s knowledge management and teaching effectiveness in the field of in New Taipei.Secondly,this study has analyzed the effects of different variables on junior high school science and lifetechnology teacher’s knowledge management and teaching effectiveness of New Taipei.Thirdly,this study try to find out the relationships between junior high school science and lifetechnology teacher’s knowledge management and teaching effectiveness of New Taipei. The survey objects of this research is junior high school teachers in the field of science and lifetechnology in New Taipei.Methods adopted in this research were conducted through literature review, and questionnaire survey.This research is conducted by questioners survey,totally 400 questionnaires had been delivered, and 382 of them are effective. All samples were analyzed through the ways of statistic analysis, such asIndependent-Sample t test, One-way ANOVA (analysis of variance), Pereson’s Analysis of Correlation, and Regression Analysis. Some conclusions are drawn from the research. Five results had been made as follows: Ⅰ.The level of knowledge management and teaching effectiveness of junior high school teachers in the field of science and lifetechnology in New Taipei are above average. Ⅱ. The variables of background about junior high school teachers in the field of science and lifetechnology in New Taipei have significant differences in knowledge management . Ⅲ. The variables of background about junior high school teachers in the field of science and lifetechnology in New Taipei , In addition to the background variables of gender and duties have significant differences in teaching effectiveness . Ⅳ. The difficulties of junior high school science and lifetechnology teacher’s knowledge management and teaching effectiveness in the field of in New Taipei have a significant positive correlation. Ⅴ.The knowledge Sharing has the strongest influence among the factors of knowledge management to the whole teaching effectiveness. VI. The Service Area about junior high school teachers in the field of science and lifetechnology in New Taipei about Five differences between the levels are reached significant levels in knowledge management and teaching effectiveness. VII. The knowledge management more good, then more good teaching effectiveness of junior high school teachers in the field of science and lifetechnology in New Taipei. The suggestions are given to the authorities of New Taipei educational authorities, school administrators and teachers according to the conclusions. I. The suggestions to educational administrative organizations 1. Continued promoting and rewarding the ideas of knowledge management. 2.Planning a clear and perfect teachers’ training system, promoting the improvement of teaching effectiveness. 3. Setting of teaching reference effectiveness indicators, establish the effectiveness of teaching performance appraisal system 4. Educational authorities should set up knowledge network platform, to allow teachers to do file sharing and storage 5. Educational authorities should consider how to reduce the gap between urban and rural teachers, while there are differences II. The suggestions to school administrators 1.Building the open organizational atmosphere and encouraging the teacher to their knowledge. 2.Setting up a specialize organization or in charging of person,a good application of technological media,improving knowledge management. 3.Constructing the website of professional teaching,encouraging teachers’ knowledge exchange,increasing teaching effectiveness. 4.Established system of incentives to encourage teachers to continue learning and training, knowledge and ability to enhance the teaching profession. 5. Development of teacher support groups, enables teachers have the opportunity to communicate with each other to learn. Ⅲ.The suggestions to teachers 1. Actively engaged in the knowledge management of teachers and promoting teaching performance improvement. 2. Learnning how to store knowledge of the junior high school teachers in the field of science and lifetechnology in New Taipei 3.Through the talking of professional teaching,experience sharing,improving teacher's knowledge management and teaching effectiveness. 4.Setting up teaching files to help teachers’ instruction. 5.The adjustment of teaching behaviors to adapt the changing of educational environment and to enlarge the professional comptencies in teaching field. 6.
