本研究主要目的主要有兩項:(一)修訂《樊氏生涯興趣量表》,並探討師大學生的生涯興趣結構。 (二)藉由運用《樂活問卷成人版》及修訂之《樊氏生涯興趣量表》,以瞭解生涯興趣與生活型態之關係,並比較不同背景變項大學新生的生涯興趣與生活型態差異性。 研究對象為國立臺灣師範大學9個學院、共32個學系之101學年度大學入學新生;有效樣本為男生678人,女生947人,全部有效樣本共1625人。本研究採問卷調查法,統計方法有:項目分析、驗證性因素分析、探索性因素分析、多向度量尺(MDS)、t檢定、卡方檢定及變異數分析。研究結果發現: (一) 《樊氏生涯興趣量表》修訂後之信效度可接受。六個分量表α係數介於.835~.890之間,整體α係數為.884。驗證性因素分析結果適配性可,模式之RMSEA指標為.087。 (二) 大學新生的生涯興趣結構不完全符合Holland的六角形模式。其中全體結構順序為: I-R-A-S-C-E,男性新生結構順序為: I-R-E-C-S-A,女性新生結構順序為: I-R-A-S-E-C。 (三) 不同性別、科系領域與生活型態集群的大學新生,在生涯興趣表現、生涯興趣一致性與人境適配度上有顯著差異。 (四) 大學新生的生活型態集群有性別、科系領域的差異。 (五) 不同生涯興趣兩碼類型的學生,在生活型態類別反應不同。
The purpose of this study were (a) to modify version of Fan’s Inventory of Career Interest inventory, and discuss the structure of Career Interest in NTNU,(b) to explore the relationship between career interests and. Lifestyle among college freshmen in NTNU and compare the differences with different background variables. Instruments were used in this study included the "LOHAS for Adult" and the " revised Fan's career interest inventory". There were a total of 1625 valid subjects form nine academy National Taiwan Normal University, 32 Department; included 678 boys and 947 girls. This study collected questionnaires, statistical methods included item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, multiple dimensions scaling (MDS), t- test, chi-square test, and ANOVA. The finding of the study were as follows: (1) Reliability and Validity of " revised Fan's career interest inventory" were acceptable. Six subscales α coefficient between .835 - .890. overall scale’s coefficient α is .884. The RMSEA index of Confirmatory factor analysis is .087. it can enhance suitability result. (2) Freshmen’s interest career structure does not fully comply fit with Holland's hexagonal pattern. The order in which the entire structure is: I-R-A-S-C-E, male student’s structural order is: I-R-E-C-S-A, female student’s structural order is: I-R-A-S-E-C. (3) The different gender, department field and lifestyle clusters of freshmen, have significant differences in the performance of his career interest , consistency of career interest and PE-fit. (4) Freshmen’s lifestyle clusters and gender were differences in department field. (5) The different career interest type of freshmen, have significant differences in the performance of his lifestyle.
