即興作為劇團演員訓練媒介之團隊合作研究 — 以勇氣即興劇場為例
Study on Teamwork for Improvisation as Theater Troupe Actor Training Medium — A Case Study of Guts Improv Theatre
摘要
即興運用於表演的文獻已經很多，卻缺少即興運用在演員訓練當中的研究。而即興運用在劇團演員訓練的過程，需要團隊合作。本論文的研究問題，聚焦在探索團隊合作與劇團演員即興訓練的相互關聯，以及團隊合作如何在即興訓練過程中成為關鍵的因素。研究者回顧即興劇的起源發展、劇場中即興訓練的理念和方法，以及即興與團隊關聯的既有文獻。本研究以個案研究的方式進行，以勇氣即興劇場為主要案例。研究過程中主要採用觀察研究法、訪談調查法來蒐集研究資料。蒐集資料的工具與方式包括研究者的觀察工作日誌、對劇團七位相關人員的訪談問卷。本研究的結論為團隊合作融入劇團演員即興訓練建立理論基礎，呈現團隊合作與演員即興訓練的關聯性、重要性、必要性，以印證即興的訓練方式；有益於促進劇團中的創造力、領導力、溝通表達力。本研究的貢獻是為表演者、教學者，在參與、規劃與執行團隊合作與即興訓練時，提供學術研究的理論基礎與實踐方案的具體參考。

There is a lot of literature on improvisation used in performance, but there is a lack of research on improvisation used in actor training. The process of improvisation in actor training requires teamwork. The research focuses on exploring the interrelationship between teamwork and improvisational training of theater troupe actors, and how teamwork becomes a key factor in the improvisational training process. The researcher reviewed the origin and development of improvisation, concepts and methods of improvisation training in theatre, as well as the existing literature on improvisation and teamwork. This research is conducted as a case study with Guts Improv Theatre. The observation method and the interview survey are used to collect research data. The tools and methods for collecting data include the researcher’s field note, and the interviewing with 7 personnel of Guts Improv Theatre. The research conclusion establishes a theoretical basis for teamwork and improvisational actor training, demonstrating the relevance importance, and necessity of teamwork and improvisational actor training. This research shows the improvisational training method is beneficial to promote creativity, leadership, and communication in theatre troupe. The contribution of this research is to provide performers and teachers with specific references for the theoretical foundation and practical solutions when participating, planning, and implementing teamwork and improvisational training.
