資訊服務業提供人工智慧服務績效之探究:以S公司為例

摘要


隨著全球人工智慧科技迅速發展,人工智慧已成為企業轉型重要策略。因為合格人工智慧工程師短缺及研發資源不足,許多臺灣企業需藉由資訊服務業者進行人工智慧應用。因此,台灣資訊服務廠商須執行策略以提升自身的人工智慧技術專業知識和研發人工智慧應用能力,始能滿足客戶需求。本研究目的係檢視資訊服務業者執行策略提供人工智慧服務之績效為何。 本研究以一家臺灣知名資訊服務業者為個案公司,探討個案公司制訂何種策略提升人工智慧服務能力。本研究亦檢視個案公司執行人工智慧應用策略對營運績效提升之影響。個案分析結果顯示,個案公司於內部設置跨部門合作平台能提升人工智慧科技領域競爭力,使個案公司的經營績效予以提升。此外,個案公司外部扶植新創公司推出人工智慧應用產品,使個案公司增進與客戶合作關係及擴展海外市場。

With the rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence technology, artificial intelligence has become an important strategy for business transformation. Due to lack of qualified artificial intelligence workers and insufficient R&D resources, many Taiwanese companies need providers from information industry to undergo artificial intelligence applications. Thus, to meet customers’ need, providers from information industry should implement strategies to improve professional knowledge regarding artificial intelligence technology and innovative R&D capabilities. The objective of this study is to examine the operational performance of providers from information industry after they implement strategies to provide artificial intelligence services. This research uses a leading provider from information industry in Taiwan as a case company. This study investigates how the case company formulated strategies to improve its capabilities to provide artificial intelligence technology. This study also investigates how the operating performance improves after implementing strategies regarding applications of artificial intelligence. The results of the analyses show that the case company improve its competitive capabilities regarding artificial intelligence technology and its operating performance after it established intra-departmental cooperative platform. Furthermore, the case company help startup companies to provide innovative artificial intelligence products. The case company increase the cooperative opportunities with its customers and expand oversea markets.
