探討COVID-19全球性傳染病對國內航線營運之影響與因應策略：以A公司為例

2019年底出現的新冠肺炎(COVID-19)傳染病引起全世界的大恐慌，人們因為擔心染疫而減少非必要的外出、旅行。世界各國為了防止傳染病的擴散，實施邊境管制、封城等縮減人類的流動為防疫措施，造成航空公司客運航班旅客驟減，進而產生經營的危機。各航空公司無不努力尋求解決之道，甚至尋求政府提供救助，但全球有數十家航空公司在疫情發生後不到一年的時間內，未能化解這場危機只好宣告倒閉或停止營運，但也有航空公司在這場疫情的風暴中穩定生存著甚至還有營利。本研究以個案研究法及文獻分析法探討本國國內航空運輸業者A航空公司國內航線所面臨的疫情挑戰與因應策略。研究發現，航空公司面臨全球性的災難無可避免，但維持營運資金、建立良好的經營體制減緩危機帶來的衝擊是企業在事前就需要做好的準備。

The new crown pneumonia (COVID-19) infectious disease that appeared at the end of 2019 caused a great panic all over the world, and people reduced unnecessary going out and travel because of fear of infection. In order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, countries around the world have implemented border control, city closures, and other measures to reduce the flow of human beings as epidemic prevention measures. All airlines are working hard to find solutions and even seek government assistance. However, dozens of airlines around the world failed to resolve the sudden crisis when the epidemic occurred, and in less than a year, they declared bankruptcy or ceased operations but there are also airlines that have survived the storm of the epidemic and are even profitable. This study uses case study method and literature analysis method to explore the epidemic challenges and coping strategies faced by domestic airline A, the domestic airline company. The study found that airlines are unavoidable in the face of global disasters, but maintaining working capital and establishing a sound operating system to mitigate the impact of the crisis is what companies need to be prepared for beforehand.
