本研究目的是在了解公立實驗教育學校教師之學校品牌形象知覺以及教師工 作滿意度的現況及其兩者之間的相關情況,研究方式採用問卷調查法,發出問卷 為 268 份,收回樣本數 236 份,回收率達 88%,取得有效樣本 203 份,問卷之有 效回收率為 75.7%。問卷結果以描述性統計、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森 績差相關以及迴歸分析的方式進行資料分析。 結果顯示如下: 一、學校品牌形象知覺整體和教師工作滿意度的現況良好。 二、學校品牌形象知覺與教師工作滿意度有高度的相關性。 三、迴歸分析中「學校品牌形象知覺」對「教師工作滿意度」具有 86.9%的 解釋力。 由此可以得知,若改善學校品牌形象知覺有助於教師的工作滿意度的提升, 希望公立實驗教育學校的教師能長期留任,使教育理念落實並讓實驗教育學校的 發展更趨完善。 關鍵字:實驗教育學校、學校品牌形象、教師工作滿意度
The purpose of this research is to understand the current situation and the relationships between school brand images and job satisfaction of teachers in public experimental education schools. The questionnaire method was applied. 268 questionnaires were distributed with 236 returned data (88% of return rate), and 203 effective questionnaires were collected (75.7% of available rate). The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and regression analysis. The results show as following, 1. the current situation of school brand image and job satisfaction were in a good situation. 2. The school brand image and job satisfaction were highly correlated. 3. In regression analysis, the school brand image has 86.9% explanatory power for job satisfaction. Therefore, the results show that improving the brand image can help improve the job satisfaction. Hope that the teachers of public experimental education schools can stay longer, to implement the educational ideas and to improve the development of public experimental schools.
