連鎖便利商店設計案例分析及空間單元之創作

摘要


便利商店在快速的社會生活中是工作與家庭之間緩衝空間,同「第三空間」功能讓各階層消費者在此空間得到便利。本研究經特色店案例中的空間設計分析,以「情感設計」解釋消費者在購物過程中歷經平面規劃配置動線所產生的反思。「空間設計」經由「符號學」解釋是為服務品牌之目的,在特色店主題找尋可運用「文化符碼」組構象徵物,經由「解構」背景的創作過程突顯「中介設計」產生的新風貌,使得在消費體驗中有新體悟。面對有文化或地域特色建築物時,以順應「生態心理學」觀念並以「重層性」手法保留場所精神特色。 在網路科技發展下,線上購物已大幅度取代實體空間的選購型態,並產生與過去歷史中商品流通方式之質變,當實體店鋪功能快速改變時,因應未來無人商店之趨勢,本研究創作擬以「推測設計」之觀點,設計3種創作物,包含(1)「未來型態陳列架」,(2)「空間模組」內部機能及表面,(3)「便利交誼所」以「空間模組」垂直化建構,來保持地表生態及農作使人們生存永續之設計。形塑未來實體商店空間中人與物交換價值之場所。並設計可能社會制度,為科技發展下將流通物品的便利商店轉為重視人們的想像場域。

Convenience stores in Taiwan have always been satisfactory to consumers, and they are also self-proclaimed as good neighbors offering a ”third place “in social life, In the case of specialty store of space design in this study, the graphic planning stage is based on the principle of ”emotional design” derived from the regular traffic flow of consumers when shopping, through the transformation of the ideology of “Semiotics“ into brand creation purposes. ”culture code” is used to form symbols in the process of finding the theme of the specialty store .After the process of “ deconstruction” , “design in the go-between” has a new style, so that consumers have a new understanding of the theme in the consumption experience .And in the face of buildings with cultural or regional characteristics, the original spiritual characteristics of the venue should be preserved with the method of ”Found Object” in accordance with the concept of “ecological psychology”. With the development of network technology, online shopping has greatly replaced the purchase pattern of physical space, and has generated qualitative changes in commodity circulation . Among the rapid changes in the functions of physical stores , this study designs three shelf types with "speculative design", which include possible technologies "grid unit identification" and build a possible business model, social system, and “The futuristic display rack " with a sustainable economy and simulate a ”Convenience Friendship House “ which shapes the social functions of providing a place for people-to-people interaction in the space of physical stores, so , the original focus on circulation of goods will transformed into human emotional communication under the development of science and technology.
