大學生課外學習經驗與就業力之關係研究-以中部地區私立技專校院為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討中部地區私立技專校院大學生課外學習經驗與就業力間之關係,研究對象為110學年度中部地區私立技專校院的日間部四技在學學生,透過「大學生課外學習經驗與就業力關係調查問卷」以了解大學生課外學習經驗及就業力情形。 其中包括個人因素:性別、年級、社團參與經歷、工讀經驗、家庭社經地位、入學方式;課外學習經驗包含:社團參與、學校活動方案、校務參與、師生互動、學生自治;就業力包含:態度責任、開創發展、組織適應、人際領導、情緒穩定。另外統計方法包括描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及多元迴歸分析法等,研究結果歸納如下: 一、不同性別大學生在課外學習經驗中,除了社團參與外,其他學校活動方案、校務參與、師生互動、學生自治以及整體課外學習經驗經統計檢定有達顯著水準。 二、不同社團經歷大學生在整體課外學習經驗中,在課外學習經驗及其所有面向皆有顯著差異,且有社團經歷高於沒有社團經歷之大學生。 三、不同入學方式大學生在課外學習經驗中,在校務參與、學生自治面向經由統計檢定有達顯著水準,不同入學方式在課外學習經驗中「校務參與」、「學生自治」等面向,經事後比較有顯著差異,在校務參與面向登記分發、推薦甄試平均得分高於其他,另學生自治推薦甄試平均得分則高於其他。 四、不同社團經歷大學生在就業力各面向及整體就業力均有顯著差異。 五、本研究整體課外學習經驗(社團參與、學校活動方案、校務參與、師生互動、學生自治)與就業力均有顯著中度相關。 六、多元迴歸分析結果發現,大學生課外學習經驗對於就業力各因素(態度責任、開創發展、組織適應、人際領導、情緒穩定)解釋力為31.9%至46.1%。大學生課外學習經驗對就業力的整體解釋力為49.1%,其中社團參與、學校活動方案及師生互動三項具有顯著正向關係。 本研究依據研究結果,對於學校單位、學務人員及後續研究提出建議。 關鍵詞:大學生、就業力、課外學習經驗

The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between extracurricular learning experience and employability for private technical college students of the central region in Taiwan. The data was collected by Experience and Employability Questionnaire. The content of personal factors include: gender, grade, club participation, work-study experience, family socioeconomic status, and extracurricular learning experience includes: club participation, school activity plans, school affairs participation, teacher-student interaction, and student autonomy;enrollment methods; employability includes : Attitude responsibility, creative development, organizational adaptation, interpersonal leadership, emotional stability.In addition, statistical methods include descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-difference correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The research results are summarized as follows: 1. Different genders extracurricular learning experience, other school activity programs, school affairs participation, teacher-student interaction, student self-governance, and overall extracurricular learning experience, have reached a significant level through statistical verification except club participation. 2. There are significant differences in overall extracurricular learning experience of college students with different club experiences, there are significant differences in their extracurricular learning experience and all aspects, and college students with club experience are higher than those without club experience. 3. In the extracurricular learning experience of college students with different admission methods, school affairs participation and student self-governance have reached a significant level through statistical verification. There are significant differences in the comparison after average score of the enrollment pathways , school affairs participation of admission by registration and placement and the admission by recommendation and screening is higher than those of others,and the average score of the student self-government of admission by recommendation and screening is higher than that of others. 4. College students with different associations experience have significant differences in the employability aspects and overall employability. 5. The overall extracurricular learning experience in this study,community participation, school activity plan, school affairs participation, teacher-student interaction, student self-governance, is significantly and moderately related to employability. 6. The results of multiple regression analysis found that the explanatory power of college students' extracurricular learning experience in various factors of employability,attitude responsibility, pioneering development, organizational adaptation, interpersonal leadership, emotional stability,was 31.9% to 46.1%. The overall explanatory power of college students' extracurricular learning experience on employability is 49.1%. Club participation, school activity plans and teacher-student interaction, have a significant positive influences on employability. Based on the research results, this study puts forward suggestions for school units, academic staff and follow-up research.
