影響幸福感因素之研究—以中國家庭金融調查（CHFS）數據分析

摘要

現今社會大眾逐漸重視自身的生活品質與自身情感，不管是透過外在或內在因素的調節，都會對個體的幸福感產生一定之影響力，是以本研究欲探討影響中國人民幸福感之因素有哪些，故採用2017年的中國家庭金融調查（CHFS）之數據資料，藉由資料庫中的可能影響因素分為三個部分：財務因素、理財因素與背景因素以做後續的研究分析外，亦透過Ordered Logit Model與預測機率來探討中國人民之幸福感在不同層級上是否有達顯著水準。

本研究結果發現：
一、財務變項中的「資產、收入」和背景變項中的「年齡、婚姻」對幸福感具有顯著差異。
二、財務變項中的「資產、收入」和背景變項中的「年齡、教育程度」對幸福感具有顯著相關性。「資產」、「收入」和「年齡」與幸福感呈現正相關，而「教育程度」對幸福感則是呈現負相關。
三、當幸福感位在「幸福」這項層級時，本研究所選定的自變項為最具影響且可預測的。

The current majority of society gradually values their own quality of life and their own emotions. Therefore, changes around a person’s external or internal factors serve as a repercussion to their happiness. This paper cites data from a 2017 study by the China Household Financial Survey (CHFS). The study discusses major variables that influence the extent of Chinese people’s happiness. There are three possible determinants: financial variables, financial factors, as well as demographic background factors. In addition, the Ordered Logit Model and the predicted odds are used to test if these determinants significantly affect Chinese people’s happiness at different level.

The result concludes that:
1.The affection on happiness is significant by financial variables such as “asset” and “income”, and a person’s background such as “age” and “marital status”.
2.Financial variables such as “asset” and “income” as well as “age” and “education level” share a significant correlation with happiness. “Assets”, “income”, and “age” are positively correlated with happiness. In contrast, “education level” is negatively correlated with happiness.
3.When the level of happiness is “happy”, the independent variable applied this research is valid for prediction.
