北區大學校院學生事務人員工作壓力與休閒調適策略之研究

A Study on Job Stress and Leisure Coping Strategies of College Student Affairs Staff in Northern Taiwan

摘要


本研究透過問卷調查法,於研究區域內採立意抽樣方式挑選24所學校為樣本發放問卷,探討北區大學校院學生事務人員工作壓力狀況、透過何種休閒調適策略達到調劑,以及學生事務人員工作壓力與休閒調適之關聯性。其中學務人員,係指109學年度第1學期任職於學校學生事務處的專任人員,抽取研究樣本之範圍以教育部統計處108學年度統計資料為基準計算,於109年10月10日發出問卷共計發出問卷410份,於109年11月1日前回收問卷395份,有效問卷356份。經SPSS統計分析後,發現: 一、北區大學校院學生事務人員知覺的整體工作壓力為偏中等(M>2.5)程度,其中以「工作負荷」構面之壓力最為顯著。 二、北區大學校院學生事務人員對休閒調適策略的認同感受程度均高,其中以「友伴式的休閒調適策略」構面之感受度較為顯著。 三、不同家庭狀況、現職年資、服務單位、教育程度、學校性質之北區大學校院學生事務人員的工作壓力呈現有顯著差異。 四、不同家庭狀況、服務單位之大學校院學生事務人員的休閒調適策略有顯著差異。 五、北區大學校院學生事務人員工作壓力與休閒調適策略呈現正相關。 六、北區大學校院學生事務人員工作壓力與休閒調適策略具有顯著典型相關。 本研究根據研究結論,提出相關建議,以提供學務工作人員、學校及主管教育行政機關參考。

Through the questionnaire survey method, there were 24 schools selected by intentional sampling to distribute questionnaires as the samples for exploring the job stress, what leisure coping strategies were used to achieve adjustment, and the relationship between job stress and leisure coping in student affairs personnel of the colleges and universities in the northern region. As for the academic staff refered to the full-time staff who work in the student affairs office of the school in the first semester of the 109 academic year. The scope of the research sample was calculated based on the statistical data of the 108 academic year of the Ministry of Education Statistics, issued on October 10, 2010. A total of 410 questionnaires were sent out. Before November 1,2019, 395 questionnaires were received, and 356 valid questionnaires were collected. By SPSS statistical analysis, there are some conclusions found as followed: 1. The overall job stress perceived by the student affairs personnel of the colleges and universities in the northern region is moderate leve1, and the job stress in the dimension of work loading is the most significant. 2.All of the student affairs staff of the colleges and universities in the northern region have a high degree of recognition and perception of leisure coping strategies, and the perception degree of leisure coping strategies to enhance positive emotions is significant difference. 3. There are significant differences in the job stress of the student affairs staff with different family status, current seniority, service unit, education level, and school nature in the northern regional colleges and universities. 4. There are significant differences in the leisure coping strategies for the student affairs personnel of colleges and universities in different family situations and service units. 5. There is a positive correlation between job stress and leisure coping strategies of student affairs staff in colleges and universities in the northern region. 6. There is a significant typical correlation between job stress and leisure coping strategies of student affairs staff in colleges and universities in the northern region. Finally, based on the research conclusions, there are sereral recommendations are shared with college student affairs staff, college, universities and the educational administration.
