摘要


本研究採準實驗等組前後測設計,以新竹縣關西鎮某國小高爾夫球社團學生為研究對象,透過高爾夫4姿勢理論教學,提升學生高爾夫擊球能力。在十週的高爾夫4姿勢理論教學後,將實驗結果進行量化統計分析,研究結果顯示: 一、10週高爾夫4姿勢理論教學能提升學員的擊球距離。 二、10週高爾夫4姿勢理論教學能降低學員的開球至上果嶺桿數。 三、10週高爾夫4姿勢理論教學能降低學員的推桿進洞桿數。 四、10週高爾夫4姿勢理論教學能降低學員的6洞擊球桿數。 五、10週高爾夫軸心教學與一般高爾夫教學後,不同組別學生在「提升擊球距離」沒有顯著差異,在「降低開球至上果嶺桿數」、「降低推桿進洞桿數」、「降低6洞桿數」則有顯著差異存在。

In this study, a quasi-experimental pre-test/post-test control group design was adopted to improve the students' golfing ability through golf four-stance instruction at a Golf Club in a national elementary school in Guanxi Township, Hsinchu County.The results of the experiment were quantified and statistically analyzed after 10 weeks of golf four-stance instruction. The results of the study showed that: 1. 10 weeks of golf four-stance instruction will improve the distance of the club student's shots. 2. 10 weeks of golf four-stance instruction will reduce the number of putts on the green for club students. 3. 10 weeks of golf four-stance instruction will reduce the number of putts to the hole. 4. 10 weeks of golf four-stance instruction will reduce the number of strokes made on the 6 holes. 5. After 10 weeks of golf four-stance instruction and normal golf instruction, there is no significant difference between different groups of students in terms of "improving distance", but there is a significant difference in terms of "reducing strokes on the green", "reducing strokes to the hole" and "reducing strokes to 6 holes".
