國民中學學校創新經營之個案研究

A Case Study of the Innovation Management on Junior High School

摘要


本研究是以一所位於中部某縣市,全校班級數 6班的公立國民中學為研究場域的個案研究 旨在探討國民中學學校創新經營之目的與現狀、創新經營的不同面向、創新經營的策略思維與策略行動,以及所面臨的挑戰。為了達成研究目的,本研究以個案研究為研究設計,採取訪談法及文件分析,通過訪談個案學校校長及所涉重要人士,以及相關文件的蒐集,俾利獲取研究資料;後將研究資料進行分析與彙整,提出本次研究結論與建議,以當作推動國民中學學校創新經營之參考,並提供相關政策建言供教育行政機關參考,以及對國民中學學校創新經營實務的精進作為提出建議以供借鏡。 本研究之結論歸納如下: 一、 危機是另一個轉機的開始,創新是學校下一個十年的里程碑 二、 學校創新經營,能支撐國民中學面對各項挑戰 三、 學校創新經營首要清楚學校定位,才能確立發展的方向 四、 學校創新經營應在學校本位課程的基礎上,決定學校整體課程的全方位面向 五、 學校創新經營在「課程發展」付諸行動,能減輕學生的考試壓力,有效提升學生的學習動機與效果 六、 學校創新經營著重「教師教學信念」的轉化,能應對新課綱的實施及學校翻轉教學的需要,有效改變學生的學習態度 七、 學校創新經營反思校規規訓對學生的限制,能減輕學務人員的負擔,有效培養學生的自律 八、 學校創新經營賦予學生更多表現的舞台,能厚實學生的自信,學生為自己也為學生爭光,有效行銷學校的辦學成果 九、 學校創新經營應爭取更多人的認同,能降低創新經營受到的阻力,有效促進創新經營的順利執行 十、 學校創新經營採取「學區聯盟」方式辦理,能增進學校間的連結,共享教育資源,有效提升學校的競爭力與能見度

This study is a case study conducted at a public junior high school located in a county in central Taiwan with six classes in total. The purpose of the study is to explore the goals and current situation of innovative school management in junior high schools, different aspects of innovative management, strategic thinking and actions, and challenges faced in the process. In order to achieve the research objectives, this study adopts a case study design and uses interview and document analysis methods to collect research data through interviews with the school principal and important stakeholders, as well as relevant documents. The research data is then analyzed and summarized to provide conclusions and recommendations for promoting innovative management in junior high schools, providing policy suggestions for educational administrative agencies, and proposing suggestions for improving the practical aspects of innovative management in junior high schools. The conclusions from this study are summarized below: 1. A crisis is the beginning of another beginning, and innovation is the milestone of the next decade for schools. 2. The innovative management of the school can support the junior high school to face various challenges. 3. The primary step in innovative school management is to clarify the school's positioning in order to establish the direction for development. 4. Innovative school management should determine the all-around direction of the school's overall curriculum based on the school-based curriculum. 5. Implementation of "curriculum development" in innovative school management can reduce students' exam pressure and effectively enhance students' learning motivation and effectiveness. 6. Focusing on the transformation of "teacher teaching beliefs" in innovative school management can respond to the implementation of the new curriculum and the needs of school flip teaching, and effectively change students' learning attitudes. 7. Reflecting on school rules and regulations that limit students can reduce the burden on school affairs personnel and effectively cultivate students' self-discipline. 8. Providing students with more opportunities to perform can strengthen their self-confidence, and students can gain recognition for themselves and the school, effectively marketing the school's educational achievements. 9. Innovative school management should strive to gain more recognition from people to reduce resistance to innovation and promote the smooth execution of innovative management. 10. The establishment of a "school district alliance" through innovative school management can enhance the connection between schools, share educational resources, and effectively improve the competitiveness and visibility of schools.
