本研究旨在了解企業實施一例一休政策後對員工情緒與工作績效之影響,探討員工在不同的背景變項下,企業員工情緒與工作績效的差異情形,以及員工情緒與工作績效之關聯性。本研究採用隨機發放問卷來進行施測,共取得163份有效問卷,問卷包含三部份:背景資料、員工情緒量表、工作績效量表,將蒐集的資料以描述統計分析、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析等方法進行統計處理。本研究的主要發現如下: 一、 實施一例一休政策後,不同背景變項之員工情緒上具有顯著性差異。 二、 實施一例一休政策後,不同背景變項之員工在工作績效層面具有顯著性差異。 三、 實施一例休政策後,企業員工情緒對工作績效具有顯著影響。
This study aims to explore the influences of “One fixed day off and one flexible rest day” policy on employee’s emotion and job performance, as well as the relationship between the two factors. A total of 163 employees responded to questionnaire consisting of three parts:Demographic information, emotion and job performance. The data is analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. Results show that some background factors have significant impacts on employee’s emotion and job performance after implementing of “One fixed day off and one flexible rest day” policy. Findings also indicate that employee’s emotion has a positive significant influence on job performance.
