國民小學教師兼任行政人員工作壓力與時間管理之研究-以桃園市為例

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解國民小學教師兼任行政人員其工作壓力與時間管理之現況與關係,探討不同背景變項在工作壓力與其時間管理間的差異,及分析面對工作壓力與其所採用時間管理的關係。 為達研究目的,首先經由文獻探討所得之理論架構發展調查問卷,並以桃園市國民小學教師兼任行政人員為研究對象,總計有效樣本242份,並輔以描述性統計,t考驗,單因子變異數分析,皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸分析等方法進行資料分析。 主要研究結論如下: ㄧ、國民小學教師兼任行政人員工作壓力感受接近中等程度,其中以工作負荷為最高。 二、國民小學教師兼任行政人員時間管理屬中高程度,其中以分工與授權與文書檔案管理的使用頻率最高。 三、不同背景變項的國民小學教師兼任行政人員其工作壓力,以女性、年齡「31-40歲」、行政年資較淺、學校規模在「13-24班」者有較高的工作壓力感受。 四、國民小學教師兼任行政人員的時間管理,以年齡較長、已婚、服務年資較久、行政年資較深者的時間管理較佳。 五、國民小學教師兼任行政人員的時間管理愈佳,其工作壓力就愈低,其中以工作壓力的專業知能與時間管理的時間規劃與運用之關係,最為顯著。 六、國民小學教師兼任行政人員時間規劃與運用對工作壓力有很深的正向影響。 最後,本研究茲依據研究的結果,提出若干建議,以供教育相關單位、教師與未來從事相關研究者參考。

The purpose of this study was to understand the status quo and relationship between job stress and time management for elementary school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan City, to investigate the differences among background variables, and to analyze the relationship between job stress and time management. The questionnaire of the study was developed from the research literature. The subject was elementary school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan City. A total of 242 valid questionnaires were received. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment analysis, and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The major conclusions were as follows: 1. The job stress of elementary school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan City was close to moderate. Among the four aspects of the scale,” workload” was the highest one. 2. The time management of elementary school teachers with administrative position in Taoyuan City was above middle-high. Among the four aspects of the scale,” authorization and division” was the highest one, followed by the” document and file management”. 3. The female, the age of 31-40, the elementary school teachers with short administrative experience, and the school scale of 13-24 classes had the highest level in job stress. 4. The older, the married, the long-served, and the senior of administrative experience teachers had better time management. 5. The elementary school teachers with administrative position performed well in time management, and they would have less job stress. There was an obvious correlation between “professional knowledge” and” time planning and management”. 6. The” time planning and management” of the elementary school teachers with administrative position could have a deep positive impact in job stress. Based on the research conclusions, some suggestions are offered for educational administrative offices, elementary school teachers with administrative position and future researchers.
