本研究動機與目的在於探討持針器之夾持面紋路的設計參數對夾持力所產生影響。為提升實驗品質與效率,本文首先應用田口法實驗設計法則規畫實驗流程,以夾持面紋路的間距、深度、角度、材料為設計變數,其次利用線切割放電進行表面紋路的加工,並以自行設計的夾治具進行夾持力實驗,最後經由實驗數據分析,找出表面紋路之最佳設計參數,以提高夾持面品質的目標。夾持力實驗分兩組,第一組(未熱處理)與第二組(有熱處理),經由變異數分析與實驗結果相互比對後顯示,第二組的夾持面品質最好,其控制因子之貢獻度分別為間距51.9%、切割深度6.1%、夾角角度40.4%、材料1.7%以及影響力的排序從大到小依序為紋路的間距、角度、深度及材料,而最佳的設計參數組合為A1(間距0.42mm)、B2(深度0.25mm)、C2(夾角45度)、D2(材料SUS440C)。
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the needle holder clamping surface texture of the design parameters on the effects of clamping force. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the experiment, in this paper Taguchi methods are applied to planning the process of experiment, the pitch, depth, angle, and material property are set as the design parameters of clamping surface texture. Then, using WEDM to manufacture the texture of the clamping surface, and clamping force test were perform by self-designed fixture, and finally through the analysis of experimental data, find the optimum design parameters of surface texture to enhance clamping surface quality goals. Clamping force experiment divided into two groups, a first group (no heat treatment) and the second group (heat treated). Based on the experimental results of variance analysis, showed that the second group of clamping surface have the better surface quality, its contribution control factor of 51.9%, respectively pitch, cutting depth 6.1%, the angle between 40.4%, 1.7% and sorting material influence ranking from high to low in order for pitch, angle, depth, and materials, and the optimum design parameters are A1 (0.42mm), B2 (0.25mm), C2 (45 degrees), D2 (materials, SUS440).
