聚縮醛分別與改質雲母及改質蒙脫土複合材料之製備與性質研究

摘要


本研究分別添加不同含量0.5、1.0、1.5 及2.0wt%之改質雲母及改質蒙 脫土於聚縮醛中, 以同向式雙螺桿擠出機混煉, 分別探討在不同黏土含量 下, 複合材料之機械性質與熱性質。 研究結果顯示,在機械性質方面,添加雲母含量於2 wt%時,材料抵抗 磨擦的補強百分比提高60.67%, 而添加蒙脫土的拉伸強度比添加雲母時還 要來的高, 最佳的含量在於0.5wt%補強百分比提高了4.61%, 衝擊強度也 隨著蒙脫土的添加,最好的添加含量在0.5wt%,補強百分比提高了67.27%。 在熱性質方面, 熱重分析顯示, 雲母於添加量2 wt%時為最佳之添加量,其裂解 溫度374.71℃與原純料聚縮醛之裂解溫度353.47℃比較後共提升約21.24℃之裂解溫 度,蒙脫土於添加量0.5 wt%時為最佳之添加量,其裂解溫度373.15℃與原純料聚縮 醛之裂解溫度353.47℃比較後共提升約19.68℃之裂解溫度。但在微示差掃描分析中, 雲母與蒙脫土添加對於各含量配方之複材並無顯著的變化,可以說是誤差值。故於這 次實驗中只須少量的黏土含量將能改善聚縮醛的物性。

The purpose of this research is to prepare Polyoxymethlene (POM) composites with Mica and MMT by different from content of 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2wt%, respectively. We use twin-screw extruder mix with the materials to produced composites and we to probe into the composites of disperse morphology, thermal properties and mechanical properties by different from clay content of 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2wt%, respectively. In mechanical properties result show that the wear increase 60.67% of POM/Mica 2wt%, and the tensile strength of POM/MMT better to contrast POM/Mica, the best contant at 0.5wt% increase 4.61%, and the impact energy at 0.5wt% increase 67.27% of POM/MMT. In thermal properties result shows that the decomposition temperature of POM /Mica at 2wt% increase 21.24℃, and MMT contant at 0.5wt% increase 19.68℃, respectively. In DSC result shows that the melt temperature was not to variation at increase Mica and MMT contant. In this experiment we confirm that only have a little clay content in nanocomposites which will amendment the different properties of POM.
