多頻段雙方環帶通濾波器設計

摘要


本論文設計三組濾波器,每組濾波器又分有雙模雙方環型以及折線型雙方環型兩種。這六個設計中,利用T型饋入的方式,在雙方環型諧振器可激發出雙頻、三頻、四頻等響應。應用上,由兩個方環的周長決定頻率響應,最多可獲得2.45GHz、3.5 GHz、5.2 GHz與6.9 GHz四個頻段,可應用於WLAN IEEE802.11a/b/g與WiMAX系統。 雙方環型結構具有四個帶通特性,響應特性中心頻率(2.45/3.51/5.29/6.91 GHz)、低介入損耗(-0.6/-0.64/-0.8/-1.39dB)、通帶頻寬外的高衰減特性(-53.6/-30.1/-28.1/-40.6/-11.8/-28.5 dB)、比例頻寬(15.7/8.2/12.8/6.7 %)。折線型雙方環型響應特性中心頻率(2.4/3.59/5.22/6.6 GHz)、低介入損耗(-0.72/-0.68/-1.3/-1.39dB) 、通帶頻寬外的高衰減特性(-58.8/-60.7/-47.6/-29.6/-13.2/-34.3 dB) 、比例頻寬(12/10.7/8.5/5.03 %),尺寸縮小12%。

This thesis design three sets of each set includes filter, dual-mode double square-loop filter and meander-line double square-loop filter. The six design, using T structure coupling to DMDSLR for dual-band, tri-band and quad-band. For practice, due to two square-loop perimeter determine the resonated frequencies, we can get 2.45/3.5/5.2/6.9 GHz quad-bands, it can be applied WLAN 802.11a/b/g and WiMAX system. The double square-loop structure having the four band-pass characteristics, center frequency (2.45/3.51/5.29/6.91 GHz), low insertion loss (-0.6/-0.64/-0.8/-1.39dB) higher out- of-band rejection level (-53.6/-30.1/-28.1/-40.6/-11.8/-28.5 dB), fractional bandwidth (15.7/8.2/12.8/ 6.7 %), meander-line double square-loop center frequency (2.4/3.59/5.22/6.6 GHz), low insertion loss (-0.72/-0.68/-1.3/-1.39dB), higher out-of-band rejection level (-58.8/-60.7/-47.6/-29.6/ -13.2/-34.3 dB), fractional bandwidth(12/10.7/8.5/5.03 %), size reduction with 12%
