多項式識別系統之直流伺服馬達參數估測之研究

摘要


本多項式識別系統是探討直流伺服馬達實際系統之轉移函數,此系統實際機台是由直流伺服馬達與電子迴路所組成。其系統將以寬窄及高低不同的脈波串為輸入訊號,直流伺服馬達輸出訊號是實際機台與估算轉移函數之轉子角速度,分別以開迴路估算和閉迴路驗證做探討。當實際與估算波形近似穩合,就獲得直流伺服馬達實際系統之轉移函數,再利用轉移函數來計算黏滯係數及轉子慣量。

The polynomial identification system is used to estimate the parameter of the DC servo motor. The system is composed the DC servo motor and the electronic circuits. The input signals are composed the series pulse waves. The series pulse waves are different with width and height. The output signal of rotor angular velocity is used to estimate coefficient of the polynomial transfer function. The rotor angular velocities of the open-loop and the close-loop are both verified by the simulation in the study. The real output waveform is approximate to the waveform of the estimated polynomial system. The viscous coefficient and the rotor inertia will be calculated by the transfer function of the polynomial system.
