風險無所不在,尤其近年來經濟、環境、社會的變化使人們逐漸意識風險所帶來的威脅,當然也有人們認為風險將會帶來機會,因此風險思維的浪潮將逐漸席捲全球。 在ISO (International Organization Standardization)國際標準組織所發布之最新版本ISO 9001:2015品質管理系統標準中也納入了「基於風險的考量」以及要求組織應規劃風險和機會的執行方針,故本研究將探討組織面對ISO 9001:2015新版本之「基於風險考量」該如何因應?因此運用個案研究法進行H顧問公司之個案研究,瞭解H顧問公司之處境與營運概況,利用風險管理技術失效模式與效應分析進行一系列的探討。 研究發現H顧問公司運用風險管理之過程,能有效的提供組織面對風險與機會的應對措施、擬定組織營運策略、滿足利害關係者的要求。
Risk is everywhere. Especially due to the quick change of economy, environment and society, it leads to people may start to realize the threat of risks, but some people will consider it as opportunity. This kind of thinking will influence worldwide. Besides, in the ISO 9001:2015, the latest version of Quality Management System Standardization published by its organization, it mentioned about “the consideration of risk” and the requirements of risk and opportunity development policy for organization. As a result, this research will discuss how organization reacts to “the consideration of risk” from ISO 9001:2015. It will take a consultant firm H as an example based on the case study method in order to realize its status and operational review by using Failure Mode & Effect Analysis. The research showed that, from the process of the consultant firm H with risk management, it could successfully help organization towards its response measures of risk and opportunity, the development policy of organization, the requests of stakeholder issue.
