探討國中小暨幼教老師使用LINE做為親師溝通工具之影響因素

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中小暨幼教老師透過使用LINE做為親師溝通影響使用行為意圖的因素,並基於整合科技接受模式(UTAUT)探討外部變項(性別和年齡)在「績效期望」、「努力期望」、「社會影響」及「自我效能」對於「行為意圖」之關係。 本研究對象為多縣市之教師,採用文獻探討資料分析以及並自行編製研究工具「基於整合科技接受模式(UTAUT)探討國中小暨幼教老師使用LINE做為親師溝通工具之影響因素」之線上問卷調查,回收後,以SPSS統計軟體來進行資料分析及處理工作,所採用之統計方法包括描述性統計分析、信度檢定、因素分析、變異數分析(ANOVA)、T檢定(T-test)、迴歸分析等方式。 本研究主要結論如下: 一、不同的性別對於「績效期望」、「努力期望」、「社會影響」、「行為意圖」有顯著的差異。 二、不同的年齡對於「努力期望」、「社會影響」、「自我效能」有顯著的差異。 三、不同的性別與年齡在「績效期望」對於「行為意圖」有顯著的差異。不同的性別與年齡在「社會影響」對於「行為意圖」有顯著的差異。 根據研究結論提出相關建議,以供教育工作者和後續研究人員參考,並提出對未來相關研究之建議。 關鍵詞:LINE、親師溝通、整合科技接受模式、績效期望、努力期望、社會影響、自我效能、行為意圖。

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that influence the use of LINE as a parent-teacher communication tool to influence the use of behavioral intentions in junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergarten. This study is based on the UTAUT model and further investigates the impacts of external factors (such as ages and genders) on the relationship between “Performance Expectancy”, “Effort Expectancy”, “Social Influence” , “Self-Efficacy” ,and “Behavioral Intention”. This study used literature to develop a research model based on the UTAUT model to explore the influencing factors of the use of LINE as a parent-teacher communication tool among junior high schools, primary schools, and kindergarten teachers. After the questionnaire was collected, the SPSS statistical software was used for data analysis and processing. The statistical methods used included descriptive statistical analysis, reliability verification, factor analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and T-test , regression analysis and other methods. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Different genders have significant differences in "Performance Expectancy", " Effort Expectancy", " Social Influence ", and "Behavioral Intention." 2.Different ages have significant differences in " Effort Expectancy ", " Social Influence " and "Self-efficacy". 3.Different genders and ages have significant impacts on the relationship between “Performance Expectancy” and “Behavioral Intention”.Different genders and ages have significant impacts on the relationship between " Social Influence " and "Behavioral Intention".
