為了更直接地監測工業用訊號,例如溫度,壓力和濕度等多個訊號,我們設計了一個多通道數據收集系統,這個系統使用MPC82G516做主要資料擷取控制,並透過串列埠將資料傳至個人電腦作資料儲存及顯示,若資料超出系統設定安全範圍,則會回傳警示訊號通知MPC82G516作警示處理,以達成智慧型環境多訊號即時監控之功能。此外,在論文中亦將相似之概念,應用於視障朋友的「超音波導盲輔助系統」及醫療工程中之「非接觸式量測心跳系統」。實驗結果證實,在超音波導盲輔助系統方面,可提供一個最佳放置發射模組的位置,提前警示盲人反應,使生命安全受到保障。另在非接觸式量測心跳系統方面,可藉由觀察多訊號模擬非接觸式量測心跳之結果,作為取代傳統接觸式量測之參考方案。
To monitor industrial signals such as temperature, pressure, and humidity more directly, this study designed a multichannel data collection system. The proposed system uses MPC82G516 as the main data acquisition control, and transmits the data through a serial port to a personal computer for data storage and display. When the data exceed the safety limits of the system setting, the proposed system sends a warning signal to notify MPC82G516 to exercise caution, to achieve the function of real-time monitoring of intelligent environment multi-signal. Furthermore, the similar concept in the thesis also be applied to visually impaired friends’ “Auxiliary system of ultrasonic blind” and medical engineering’s “Non-contact heartbeat measuring system”. The experimental result shows that the Auxiliary system of ultrasonic blind can provide the best to place the position of launch module. It can give a caution to blind for reaction in advance, and protect their life safe. On the other hand, non-contact heartbeat measuring system can observe the result of measuring non-contact heart by multi-signal simulation as a reference project of replacing traditional contact measurement.
